Was replaced as requested but had to wait again. Thankfully new one came in great condition and works great. Really like how compact it is and large a load it will hold. Thanks fir making everything right!!

The app is awesome with a lot of extra cycles for the washer. I receive notifications every time the wash or dry is complete which is very helpful since I usually put a timer on my phone. I would highly recommend.

We bought our LG wash tower when we started our remodel in the fall of 2022 and just got it installed in May of 2023, so we have been waiting a while to put it through it's paces. We like it a lot and it washes and dries as well as we had imagined it would. Looks great, performs great. We will see how it does in the long run and how LG responds if there are any problems. Would recommend this product at this point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it. And it's SO QUIET. I wish I would have been told that it needed BOTH a 110 AND a 220. I live in an old building and my old stackable only needed a 220. I had to have an electrician come in after the fact to add the 110 line. Not a big deal but just a little inconvenient. But DEFINITELY worth the wait. I LOVE IT!!!

The all-in-one was a perfect fit. We now have a full-size washer and dryer in our home. I enjoy the LG app as it tells me when my loads are completed. With a busy schedule, a simple reminder is always welcomed.

I love the fact that the machine is truly full-sized and accommodates whatever load is put in, saving me both time and water, and I love the little tune at the end of the wash/dry cycles! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVED my side by side top-loading LG washer and dryer and sang their praises to friends and family which resulted in numerous purchases. Recently, we downsized to a condo and needed a stackable washer/dryer unit. I didn’t look at any other brand. The unit is good looking and as far as I can tell does a good job of washing and drying. I just miss the variety of wash/dry options that I had on my individual units and, of course the limited drum capacity. In addition, I can’t observe the wash cycles as I could on my top-loading model - which had a glass door. While this stackable front-loading unit has a glass door, the unit goes dark when the wash cycle begins.
