[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the LG Tower and washer works great but the dryer has sensors in it and due to the long exhaust piper we get an error when we dry a normal load. Wish they could increase dryer output to get rid of errors We would probably have same error with any new dryer unless we would one without the sensors.

I love the fact that the machine is truly full-sized and accommodates whatever load is put in, saving me both time and water, and I love the little tune at the end of the wash/dry cycles! My beautiful daughter gifted me this machine as a thank you for me supporting her throughout her two-year health crisis, and I so appreciate her generosity!

We bought this not long ago and are completely in love with it!! I love all the choices you have for the washer & the dryer. Everything about it is just fabulous! I wish we had bought this a long time ago. I’m telling everyone we know how great it is!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about my LG Washtower! It is great to look at. It is easy to program and use in all different cycles. The tubs are large and light up to let me see my finished load. It is quiet when in use, and I really enjoy the little tune it plays for me when my load is finished. All in all, it was one of the best investments I have ever made.

I have had this hooked up and going for 2 months now. It is so easy to use and will fit in a smaller space. But it is the same size as the other washer I have. Love the turbo wash, 4.5 capacity, and liked I could get it in gas. Most of all controls are at waist high and very easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit for a couple of months now and after a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, have found this washer-dryer combined unit to do a great job with my laundry. It has so many more features than my previous units that I had to keep the manual handy the first couple of weeks of use to make sure I was using the best settings to get the maximum benefits from the system, but have now got things figured out and laundry day goes by much quicker than it used to. The Turbo function saves me at least a half hour over my old system each time I use it and gets better results. The steam function on the washer is new to me and I believe is helping get my laundry more clean. The steam function on the dryer has let me refresh and sanitize clothes, blankets and pillows that don't need a wash. The combined unit saves space in my laundry area, allowing me to add shelving for additional storage space. I am very satisfied with this purchase and with the quality of the system. I am looking forward to many years of use.

The flat flush profile is great not only for design but, if you have a restricted space which I do. The function panels are easy to see, they light up when touched and are easy to operate. The touch panel for both the washer/dryer are great. I have only used the basic functions and have not used the smart feature but, the machines are quiet, efficient ( great on whites ) love when you open the machines, light turns on so you can see inside the machines. I would highly recommend this top of the line set.

Very easy to operate, quiet, and fast. Love the speed wash cycle when I want to just wash a few items. Love LG products have a full size at my summer home which has never disappointed me and would definitely consider replacing it with this style Iwhen it quits working. Would definitely purchase again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really thrilled by our new washer/dryer combo. It is sleek and truly beautiful. And there are wonderful surprises. It washes our clothes in half the time that our previous washer took. It gives me the ability to modify how our clothes are washed without being overly complicated. It has a musical chime to alert me when washing or drying is done. It fits into my kitchen alcove, calling no attention to itself. But, when I look at it...I am so pleased. I honestly didn't think an applicance could make me this happy!
