Save a lot on water bill it also cut down on drying time because it wring out the clothes very well it also have a wrinkle free mode so that help with me not have to Iron my uniform or any of my clothes that the best washer an dryer compact I have ever had it is also noise free you can't even hear it running when it washes I love my LG product

If we had purchased a separate stackable washer and dryer, the controls for the dryer would have been too high for my wife to reach. This LG unit is the perfect fit for our situation. With the controls in the middle of the combined unit, both of us can easily program the units to operate. The machine provides all the adjustments we need to wash and dry the differing types of loads. The machine is quiet, efficient, and cleans and dries well. We are completely satisfied with the machine and recommend it to anyone who needs a stacked arrangement.

Our first four or five loads washed and dried perfectly but then the dryer would not heat up which was rather disappointing. But the good news is LG's online chat determined that we needed a service call and they scheduled it for us within two business days with a local repair service. The repairman arrived on time and was competent and efficient. He replaced a defective igniter with a brand new one and had us up and running within an hour. It works perfectly again. We love how it looks, how it cleans and dries and that it is so very quiet. We're very happy with our purchase.

First time machine was delivered with different than I ordered color and damaged. It took a while to receive the correct color and undamaged. I also bought side extension for the drier, however delivery team told me that they are not installing any additions. Otherwise the machine works fine.

I was so excited to find this set. It is slim and so convenient. It fits so well that we actually have room to add shelves in the area next to it. The quality of this set is great and it works so well. It even hooks up to your phone, which I have not done yet but plan to. Love this set and highly recommend it.

I dried a load of towels in 23 min. No joke. The app is terrible and after several attempts over several days I’ve given up on connecting to WiFi. I have the iPhone 12 and the newest update with xfinity so let’s not blame me…. But ya the app is terrible and that part doesn’t work.

We bought it 2 months ago, and she loves all the features, the quiet, the low-water use and minimal detergent use, and how fluffy the dryer makes the clothes. Only issue: 2 weeks ago it started leaking some water on the floor every wash cycle. We haven't figured out how to fix that yet . . .

We have no problem with the unit itself, only the delivery and installation process was frustrating. The dryer exhaust is in the rear and we needed to relocate it to the side to fit into our condo space. No one mentioned this as the store. The one feature I would have liked is the ability to air-dry delicate items, swimsuits, etc.
