I bought this 2 weeks ago and I am thrilled with the set. The tower will allow me to have room enough to put in a utility sink next to them which will make my life so much simpler. I have already used them 8 times and they are large enough for our full loads. I am only 5 ft. 1 so the controls are at a perfect level and it is easy to load and unload both the washer and drier. The installation was flawless and in about 15 minutes I was ready to start a load. I am very excited about this purchase and would highly recommend this unit.

My last washer/dryer was 15 years old and it is amazing how technology has changed things for the better. This Wash Tower is so much MORE EFFICIENT than my last washer/dryer. I was standing next to it about to check to see if it was running or not (someone else said they started a load but I was checking in case they had gotten sidetracked) when I realized not only was it running but it was in the spin cycle!! I had been standing next to it for a couple of minutes and had no idea until I looked into the window and checked the display that it was even on! It's an LG so you expect it to wash and dry to exceptional standards but I never expected this level of silence!! Well done!!

My last washer and dryer I would have to pretreat grass stains and mud from my kids soccer clothes and I with this washer I don't even need to pretreat the clothes they have been coming out clean without needing too! I do wipe the seal down with a towel when I'm done with the loads to prevent the mildew smell (which I have not noticed yet). The dryer works well also! I have been very pleased with this purchase.

I was doing a remodel in a small area and needed a washer/dryer that would fit my area without major remodel. My cabinet maker was able to build around the unit and give me storage and a folding area.

Our new washer/dryer combo, replaced our old standard set and allowed us to install a sink. We love our new LG and with the controls located between the washer and dryer half way up, no need to stand on a stool to run the dryer. Very qiuet compared to our old set!

After 10 loads I'm impressed with this W/D unit although I've recently noticed more noise and vibration than the first loads, so I'm hoping this is not a downward spiral because I love the design and look of this unit. I only wish there were more ways to change the options in the wash cycles and an easy way to turn on the interior light.
