It has multiple built in functions that make it easy to use and great to customize settings. you can even download the app and start the washer and dryer without being home if you forget when you leave the house. I used to have a separate washer/dryer with this sleek design it has saved so much space in my small entrance way/laundry room (hence I was able to add additional cabinets and storage). easy access to place the laundry soap (powder or liquid) bleach and fabric softener very clearly marked. easy access Lint trap. easily fits a King size Comforter no more pulling it out rotating it around to dry. I am super excited to have this LG appliance it makes washing clothes easy. The washer and dryer both play chimes when the cycles are complete. It has a sanitize cycle that works great for my scrubs, I also use for our towels. This washer and dryer uses smart technology and adjust water, cycle length and heat cycle (assuming by weight). This unit is very heavy, you may need assistance to move it. Easy connections for water lines and for the dryer heat ducts. Recommend this appliance as it is very efficient, nice sleek thin style, saves on laundry time and saves on room space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this unit in April, received in may. I was in need of a new washer/dryer and this was ideal. I have limited space and prefer a stacked set. Major upgrade. Only negative part of the purchase was delivery. As soon as they brought it off of the truck the delivery guy commented, " oh, it's not going to work, the cord won't reach..". I was devastated. Ideal as the unit was, this was not a frivolous purchase. He returned to say it was all set up and ready, able to plug it in and function. Dried my tears and started loading it up same day. My outdated set had control panel on top of washer under mounted dryer. When shopping around I noticed newer model controls are all the way at the top which seemed nonsensical. Having the panel in clear view and lit is great. Basically walks you through to decide what your washing and how to wash it best, and recognizes what it needs to set at instantly once loaded in the dryer. I like to push both the washer and dryer power buttons at the same time so they both sing together "oh hey Nicole what are we washing today". Drum lights are a feature I didn't realize I would appreciate so much. I have not cleaned out drainages yet, but have seen on social media that I should, lint trap simple and easy access. So many features on the panel alone, but the wifi/app availability was a definite appeal. However, I have had difficulty setting it up which is heartbreaking, because I had surgery and could have allowed family members to help with laundry without actually touching my best friend's buttons. Bedding, beach towels, small loads, steam fresh..all of it & then some. So far~so fantastic.

We bought our LG wash tower when we started our remodel in the fall of 2022 and just got it installed in May of 2023, so we have been waiting a while to put it through it's paces. We like it a lot and it washes and dries as well as we had imagined it would. Looks great, performs great. We will see how it does in the long run and how LG responds if there are any problems. Would recommend this product at this point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased with this unit. It is very sleek and easy to use. The washer is efficient, runs quietly, and cleans your clothes very well. It washes small loads and larger items with ease. The dryer is also efficient and handles all types of clothes well. For installation, the dryer has the option to vent the dryer in the back or on it's side. We have a limited amount of space and having the option to side vent the dryer was a welcomed choice. We highly recommend this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're downsizing and needed a squeeze a sink, a small freezer, and a wine cooler in our 8' laundry room in addition to a washer and dryer. This was the only stacked unit we could find that had integrated controls at waist level. Very convenient. It's wonderfully quiet and does the job well. The cooler and freezer are now under my folding table. Our plan worked!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When vacationing, the condo that we were renting had this exact setup only in the darker color. After my first use of the LG washer/dryer, I was hooked and knew as soon as my present washer/dryer (which were on their last leg) finally died, I would purchase the LG washer/dryer. I have a very tiny space and the units fit in perfectly. The control panel is in the middle if the unit which is a major plus for me since I'm only 5'1" tall. Operating the units are easy and each unit has a large stainless steel drum. I couldn't be happier.

This is the most incredible laundry system in the world. I needed to replace my full sized front loading washer and decided to chuck the dryer too to get this "smart" wall unit. I live in a condo so laundry room and general storage space is at a premium. This fit my space and freed up a huge amount of space that I could add shelving to. The BEST thing is how well it washes and drys. It's easy to load/unload, runs quiet, the control settings are at just the right level for an easy read and reach. The fact that the units 'talk' to each other takes the guess work out of dryer settings. The wash itself is excellent (no detergent residue after the rinse) and detergent, bleach, softener loading easy and in the right spot for measuring. The steam freshness setting is a great feature that I never thought I'use. Overall it is a time saver too! I look actually forward to doing my laundry. I'm a senior (70's) widower so these things really mean a lot.

We could have used side by side units but by going with the tower we freed up space in the utility room using the otherwise wasted vertical space. The unit is incredibly quiet. We can't hear anything when the utility room door is closed even in the hallway right outside it. The tower does a fine job of washing and drying. Overall this is a great product based on a few weeks of use.
