Awesome and Simplicity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really enjoy the wash center. It is amazing. We enjoy how well the washer and dryer work independently and in unity. This appliance is more convenient then have stackable washer and dryer.

Washer/Dryer combo stack

Appliance works fabulous! But setting up and using the app is for an iOS device is nearly impossible. The product instructions are not capable of communicating with Americans apparently. I give the appliance 5 stars and the app a ZERO !

Efficiency

I bought this new combo washer/dryer thinking it would be more efficient than my old one, this dryer doesn’t dry my clothes completely it takes more than one cycle. It’s not what they promised as energy saver. Very disappointing

Awful

After 2 months of delivering a damaged unit, still waiting for a replacement unit. We can't go out for laundry and they keep telling us it will be delivered, every week they give us a new date. It's sad.
