[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted this TV (QN80F) to work out, but I simply could never get it adjusted to look as good as my 12 year old Samsung (UN60JU7100). In the store the picture looked fantastic, but of course, they put content on there that is designed to wow you. I did not like the AI settings at all. Colors were not as vivid as expected and detail was lacking. I will to accept it might be me, but I returned the Samsung and the TCL I replaced it with meets all my expectations.

Only thing I could even complain about is every now and again it's good to do the maintenance option to free up memory to speed things up again. And it's plenty bright in rooms with sunlight

Even when not sitting directly in front of the TV, it has great viewing. Additionally, the universal remote with solar charging is exceptional when compared to other remotes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been a Samsung family for TV's for the last 10 years and we decided to do a big upgrade. The 85 inch Neo QLED "QN80FD" has amazing picture quality everything is very high contrast punchy bright vibrant. There is no lag with this screen or when watching sports it moves very fluid. The high refresh rate definitely makes a big difference. The resolution has been top notch with all my streaming services super crisp/detailed . My streaming devices and surround sound were a cinch to add to the plentiful inputs. The TV also works flawlessly with my Samsung Galaxy phone devices in my house household. You definitely need 2 strong people to lift this tv up.

My samsung tv has enlightened me to a better experience for gaming. As well as other variable viewing pleasures

Love the movie display the color is vibrant for 4k movies. Like the responsiveness for streaming 4k.

Great color and dark black, contrast is very good. I would recommend it to anyone who asked me about it.

Great picture quality for an led panel with good black levels and minimal blooming. UI is snappy but tizen still has its oddities.
