[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the TV for several months with an optical connection for incredible sound performance and quality of the picture is superb. If you can find a rare 4K channel picture is a bit sharper. Sending all connections through TV then to the Receiver was the answer to allow the Samsung control all aspects of viewing and enhanced sound quality. A worthwhile investment at a reasonable price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This t v is in my great room in my florida, home with a wide variety of light from early in the day brightness to a little darker in the evening.And this t v camera is everything from every angle without any glitch. I'm thoroughly impressed. It doesn't seem to matter what I'm watching. The colors are always matching and the speed of transition within each scene is always perfect. So often watching a movie on this beautiful t v has me feeling like i'm a part of it completely immersed.

My old TV would freeze up on many videos before which was frustrating. The picture quality is definitely better and makes viewing anything so much nicer. Resolution and brightness are much sharper with this TV showing the incredible vibrancy that I did not have with the previous TV. Great purchase!

Picture quality is excellent, 4k also nice, unfortunately not much available. Smart feature runs most channels except cable box but acceptable. Good value and AI compatible making for an interesting experience.

The brightness of the picture makes it so much easier to watch on sunny days. We have many windows that make it hard to see a clear picture when the curtains are open. The best part is the remote control that has a small solar panel that recharges the battery even off of the indoor lights in your own home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted this TV (QN80F) to work out, but I simply could never get it adjusted to look as good as my 12 year old Samsung (UN60JU7100). In the store the picture looked fantastic, but of course, they put content on there that is designed to wow you. I did not like the AI settings at all. Colors were not as vivid as expected and detail was lacking. I will to accept it might be me, but I returned the Samsung and the TCL I replaced it with meets all my expectations.

Very disappointed in the model I purchased and in fact returned it to Costco and exchanged it for the same size TV in an LG model. The stand is very cheap for such a large and expensive TV. My Samsung I bought 20 yrs ago had a nice thick round glasslike stand that turned, MUCH BETTER. Also, the remote was awful...so tiny . HATED it.
