A new level in television enjoyment

This 85 year old reviewer Is totally In love with his new 85 inch QLED Samsung TV. All aspects of this TV exceed any I have previously owned. it takes TV viewing and enjoyment to a new level. The brilliant contrast and brightness of the picture is awesome. The TV offers options and features that I have never experienced previously. Learning and understanding this TV and its numerous features has taken me to new levels of enjoyment in my later years.

High End Quality

This television is a serious upgrade to my old Samsung MODEL LN-T5265F, it was failing so I replaced capacitors in the PS and got a few more years use! The new TV offers every feature I need. The picture quality has very high contrast blacks and rich color saturation, good side viewing angle as well! Very pleased with the TV also remote is basic and simple to navigate!

Top of its class

I am pretty sure that Samsung TVs are some of the best out there in the market. This particular one that I have is awesome. The picture quality is stellar. The sound is much improved from previous year's models. The UI is mostly smooth with little delay. There are endless available apps and the remote is small yet powerful. This model of Samsung definitely feels high-end and I don't regret the purchase.

Phenomenal t v in all aspects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This t v is in my great room in my florida, home with a wide variety of light from early in the day brightness to a little darker in the evening. And this t v camera is everything from every angle without any glitch. I'm thoroughly impressed. It doesn't seem to matter what I'm watching. The colors are always matching and the speed of transition within each scene is always perfect. So often watching a movie on this beautiful t v has me feeling like i'm a part of it completely immersed.

Top of the line

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What sold me was the picture so sharp, vivid colors and resolution. The other thing is reliability of the product. My last TV was also a Samsung and I didn't think twice about switching brands. The last thing that sold me is the technology this TV is like having a computer on the wall. Awesome!

BIG Picture!

It's a big, beautiful picture that I love being wrapped up in. But the picture is grainy and I can't find a way to tune it to better clarity. The volume is difficult to get “just right” also. But I'm sort of deaf so the fault may be mine. I don't like that so many controls and settings are fixed, or unsettable.

Major Letdown for a Loyal Samsung Fan – Mid

As a long-time Samsung loyalist who has purchased many of their TVs over the years, I bought this to replace a 5-year-old 75-inch Samsung model. I was incredibly excited, but after living with it, I am seriously questioning whether it's time to switch brands. I expected a solid mid-tier experience, but instead, this feels like a low-end budget TV wrapped in advertising gimmicks. Here is why this model falls short: - Cheap, Flimsy Build Quality: The base stand is incredibly disappointing. It is made of lightweight plastic and feels shockingly cheap. Honestly, I was genuinely afraid to place a massive TV on it, questioning if it could even hold the weight. - Sluggish User Interface: The TV menu is painfully slow and unresponsive. Navigating through settings or apps feels like a chore rather than a premium smart TV experience. - Broken Ecosystem (Q-Symphony Echoes): You would think a Samsung TV would pair seamlessly with a Samsung Q910C soundbar, but that isn't the case. No matter what settings I tweak, using the "Q-Symphony" feature creates a terrible, distracting echo. - Washed-Out "AI" Picture Quality: The heavily marketed AI Picture Mode is awful. Instead of optimizing the image, it completely blows out the brightness and contrast, leaving the picture looking incredibly washed out. - Useless "AI Soccer Mode": Speaking of gimmicks, the "AI Soccer Mode" seems entirely nonexistent. Watching the 2026 FIFA games, I noticed absolutely zero difference in picture or audio quality with this mode enabled. - Poor Remote Design & Compatibility: The included remote is tiny, flat, and easily slips out of your hand. To make matters worse, I have been completely unable to get it to sync or work properly with my Verizon FIOS set-top box. Final Verdict: I didn't expect top-tier flagship performance, but I did expect mid-tier quality. Instead, this feels like a cheap framework propped up by marketing buzzwords. If this is where Samsung's quality is heading, my next TV will likely be from a different brand. Not recommended.
