[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Vizio before getting this Samsung. Purchased through Sam's. Picture is clear and bright and sound is amazing. We don't need a sound bar anymore. The instructions/quick start guide was not that great. We did have a challenging time getting the stand on which we had to use since our old wall mount screws had to be swapped out for this TV. Husband switched to a YouTube video to figure it out. The screen prompts were helpful in logging in, setting up Wi-Fi, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my samsung tv.. the color the contrast ,the blacks the resolution and how crisp the images are. The gui is decent as well. Only thing I could even complain about is every now and again it's good to do the maintenance option to free up memory to speed things up again. And it's plenty bright in rooms with sunlight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is amazing! I have always been a fan of Samsung, but felt down with the 75" Crystal UHD I had. Not necessarily the fault of Samsung, but more so my wallet. Now that I actually invested time and effort into choosing a TV with the things I desire, I am beyond thrilled. It has a plexiglass protector, to avoid another car shattering it, but again, that is my doing. Once the youngest child learns, it will be glorious without the sheet of plastic.

If i get any show, like Football Games, the picture is PERFECT/GREAT!! Can't get a refined facial appearance no matter what settings I try. Overall the TV is GREAT! Just not happy with the "HEAVY MAKEUP" look on today's content. Would love have a way to tune this better.

Picture it more than perfect for gaming or watching whatever streaming service you use. Very customizable. High quality picture w/ upscaling for things that are not yet in 4k. BEST QUALITY TV THAT I HAVE EVER OWNED BY FAR. A lot of brightness, resolution, & color options & settings to make the picture just the way you like.

My 85 in is the neo qled and I would not get rid for nothing. I have own several Samsung tvs and I would not buy anything else. They are priced so you can get an excellent tv for the money.
