My old TV would freeze up on many videos before which was frustrating. The picture quality is definitely better and makes viewing anything so much nicer. Resolution and brightness are much sharper with this TV showing the incredible vibrancy that I did not have with the previous TV. Great purchase!

If you can find a rare 4K channel picture is a bit sharper. Sending all connections through TV then to the Receiver was the answer to allow the Samsung control all aspects of viewing and enhanced sound quality. A worthwhile investment at a reasonable price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has been phenomenal since day one. The brightness is top notch and the contrast doesn't fail whatsoever. In any lighting, the TV screen looks and performs phenomenally. This is coupled with great color vibrancy where colors really just pop off of the screen and add Flair to anything you may be watching or gaming. I haven't had any issues thus far when it comes to having blinds open and reflecting on the TV the surrounding area just being bright. For a 4K TV of his size the resolution and refresh rate have been exceptional. I definitely plan on getting another Samsung TV in the near future!

The colors are rich but still look natural, not overly saturated. The blacks are deep, and the contrast is especially noticeable when watching movies in the evening. The brightness is more than enough — everything looks clear even in a bright room. I also really like how it handles 4K content — the image looks vivid and realistic. Motion is smooth with no lag or stuttering, which makes it great for sports and fast-moving scenes. Overall, the picture and color quality are at a very high level. Watching it is a real pleasure. I'm completely satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

We don't need a sound bar anymore. The instructions/quick start guide was not that great. We did have a challenging time getting the stand on which we had to use since our old wall mount screws had to be swapped out for this TV. Husband switched to a YouTube video to figure it out. The screen prompts were helpful in logging in, setting up Wi-Fi, etc.

The 85 inch Neo QLED "QN80FD" has amazing picture quality everything is very high contrast punchy bright vibrant. There is no lag with this screen or when watching sports it moves very fluid. The high refresh rate definitely makes a big difference. The resolution has been top notch with all my streaming services super crisp/detailed . My streaming devices and surround sound were a cinch to add to the plentiful inputs. The TV also works flawlessly with my Samsung Galaxy phone devices in my house household. You definitely need 2 strong people to lift this tv up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the box, the tv is horrible. using the built-in AI tools does not help at all. I had to hire a professional to come out and calibrate the TV. for it to look good. The brightness was very very bright.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had Samsung TVs for years and this is the first one that I have had so much trouble adjusting the picture. With the Samsung TVs we've had in the past, I might have to make a minor adjustment at first but then would not have to touch it again. There are too many different options in settings. Example: if you select one particular option, then certain other options are not available. The picture just looks too bright. I have tried adjusting the contrast, brightness, etc. and no matter what I do, it's still not right. When I'm standing in the kitchen, the screen almost looks completely faded out/white but as I come around in front of the TV, it gets better. That was not the case with our other Samsung TVs, they have always looked good from any angle. In addition, the picture is not consistent from one day to the next on the same program, sometimes it looks good and other times it does not. We have the most updated version of our cable box so that is not the issue. Overall, the picture quality does not compare to our previous Samsung.
