[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had Samsung TVs for years and this is the first one that I have had so much trouble adjusting the picture. With the Samsung TVs we've had in the past, I might have to make a minor adjustment at first but then would not have to touch it again. There are too many different options in settings. Example: if you select one particular option, then certain other options are not available. The picture just looks too bright. I have tried adjusting the contrast, brightness, etc. and no matter what I do, it's still not right. When I'm standing in the kitchen, the screen almost looks completely faded out/white but as I come around in front of the TV, it gets better. That was not the case with our other Samsung TVs, they have always looked good from any angle. In addition, the picture is not consistent from one day to the next on the same program, sometimes it looks good and other times it does not. We have the most updated version of our cable box so that is not the issue. Overall, the picture quality does not compare to our previous Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only have had it a couple day so far but it's been wonderful. Starting with the great packaging that made transport and set up easy. Still requires two people but it was easy with the two. Set up was real simple and the navigation to get going was intuitive. Still learning my way around all the features but once you get it it's easy to navigate. Love the simple remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my samsung tv.. the color the contrast ,the blacks the resolution and how crisp the images are. The gui is decent as well. Only thing I could even complain about is every now and again it's good to do the maintenance option to free up memory to speed things up again. And it's plenty bright in rooms with sunlight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is amazing! I have always been a fan of Samsung, but felt down with the 75" Crystal UHD I had. Not necessarily the fault of Samsung, but more so my wallet. Now that I actually invested time and effort into choosing a TV with the things I desire, I am beyond thrilled. It has a plexiglass protector, to avoid another car shattering it, but again, that is my doing. Once the youngest child learns, it will be glorious without the sheet of plastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV has a lot of great options but there are some pretty significant downfalls to be aware of. HDMI audio via E arc is useless. Constantly jitters on and off sound. Optical is your only option. Menus and settings are easy enough. Remote is very nice and USB c is awesome. Brightness is fantastic in a brightly lit room

I am very impressed with the color, contrast and brightness. I don't think I will ever buy any other kind of television but Samsung. The picture is very clear,vibrant and over all perfect.

Not happy with picture I am getting…my last TV was way better and need to figure adjustments to make it better…
