I buy this as i can cut the pork chops the size i want and freeze them. Great vaule per pound as well.

We cut them up into steaks. They are a great value that way, and great on the grill, or crockpot shred!

Great value to purchase the whole loin!

We made 3 different meals out of this. Cut it ourselves and vacuum sealed. Butcher no longer cuts them upon request.

Very Tender

Very good pork and a very good price, I cut it into four pieces usually season it and vacuum pack it. And it makes for wonderful sous vide meat.

Excellent pork

I cook boneless pork loins at least once per month.  Usually I'll buy a half-loin at ALDI, but this time I decided to purchase several whole ones (packaged together) at Sam's.  I prepared it as usual, but the result was disappointing.  The meat was very tough and hard to chew.  I wish that I could returned the unused (2nd) loin, but the package was already opened.  The ALDI product is consistently good.  The Sam's one --- I'll not be buying it again.

Disappointingly Tough

These pork loin are the highest quality of any I have seen at other groceries, and always priced much lower. These pork loin are great for slicing crosswise to make boneless pork chops. It is an affordable meat option which is great flavor and tender.
