I have purchased this for several years now. Always satisfied with product. Everyone expects me to cook pork for New Years.

Very good cut of meat. I divide it into 2 roasts (which turn into pulled pork) and the rest I cut into boneless chops. Fine dining.

This pork loin was such good quality, best I have seen anywhere else. Normally also priced lower as well. Great for slicing into steak rounds. Saved so much money by doing it myself.

Very good pork and a very good price, I cut it into four pieces usually season it and vacuum pack it. And it makes for wonderful sous vide meat.
