I got this and immediately divided it into thirds. One third I cut into 4 boneless pork chops, vacuumed sealed and froze. The other 2 I left as loins. One I marinated overnight in Italian Dressing then roasted it in the oven. The other I seasoned and vacuumed sealed and froze. It's ready to cook either via Sous Vide or if I remove it from the package I can cook it in my instant pot or in the oven.

Price is great I had to put it in a slow cooker too get rid of the rubbery texture
