Kim's Kitchen Range

This Range is great buy for the price. All contols are easy to use. Children lock control is a must with young children. Stove top must be cleaned with correct materials. Maintenance on the stovetop is higher than normal. Wifi setting is nice when you need to preheat oven.

Poor Quality

I've had this stove for just under a year and very disappointed. The drawer is flimsy, the cooktop surface is impossible to keep clean-it's always marked. The lettering for the burners has all started to rub off, the rubber around the cooktop is warped and the stainless steel is scratched. I am a household of two and our appliances are gently used and taken care of.

nice features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the range and the full convection feature, but was disappointed to discover that there is no warmer element on the cooking deck. There is a marking for one, but no controls. My last range had the fifth element for warming and I had grown accustomed to using it. It was really my oversight at purchase. The bottom drawer is kind of cheap and flimsy.

Excellent control of burners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I love about this range: The cooktop elements actually work as they should. This range gives you almost the control you would have with a gas range--turn the burner to HI to boil, then turn down to a low setting to cool off to simmer. My old range refused to EVER simmer once it had become hot enough to boil. Very frustrating! I was constantly moving the pot to another burner, or as someone suggested, turning the burner off and then back on to the "simmer" setting so it could re-set itself. Really? I don't think we should need to do that! Also, baking in this oven is far superior to my old range (not an LG). The oven heats up in half the time, and baked goods come out perfectly evenly baked, even without using the convection oven. I love the look of the range -- pictures do not show how clean and modern it looks. The oven racks seem heavier and they slide out so easily! I'm sure the new type of navy blue oven coating will enable easier cleaning, too. My only complaint about this range (a tiny nit, but still...) is that you cannot turn on the oven light and have it stay on. It comes on automatically when you open the oven door, but as soon as you close it, the light goes off. Whenever you want to check your baking, you have to turn on the light. Apparently this was done to "save energy" but if so, it was a misguided effort. But that's the only thing I don't like. This range is fantastic and the price is SO reasonable!!!

Cooktop dissappointed

Very disappointed with glass top texture

Have used range for a month. Polish it every day with ceramic cleaner. Once completely clean buff it with a clean paper towel. Glass looks shiny and new. Have been super careful to put pans directly down and up so as to not scratch it. I have not scratched it (the glass is not scratch) but appears to have a very thin black coating on it that has scraped off in a couple of little like nicks where the metal pan first touched the glass. So now the very little nick areas are no longer black but a silver color. Pattern is still in place and glass is not scratched but black color is gone. I like the pattern but am concerned how the missing black coating is going to multiply and look over just a very short period of time. You have to get your finger just right to get electronic buttons to go so a bit of a pain and up and down arrows instead of a number pad is a bit of a pain. Other than that it is a good looking range and functions very good in all other aspects.

Good looking range with Air Fry feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this stove during the pandemic. It worked well and I enjoyed the looks and the air fry feature. A few months ago the Time/temp display malfunctioned. Although out of warranty, LG stepped up and repaired the defective component free of charge.

Hi there. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand the issue with your LREL6323D oven not holding temperature. This can sometimes be related to a faulty temperature sensor or heating element. We recommend checking the oven’s temperature sensor to ensure it’s not obstructed and is working correctly. If you haven’t yet, performing an oven calibration test using a separate oven thermometer can help assess whether the temperatures are consistent with the display. We’d be happy to help resolve this for you. Please send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport so we can assist you directly. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to address this concern. —Avril
