Exactly the upgrade we needed

We have used all the features and the convection oven is super. Plus when you open it, the beautiful blue color is displayed on the oven interior. Great job, LG.

Range Good but could have been great

Happy with this new range. A couple of things could have been better. Bottom drawer is small and slide mechanism could have used a bearing design to improve ‘sliding’ function. Range has a number of features that are focused in literature- air fryer, convection roasting but unit does not come with items needed to use those functions. Boiler pan and grid use in roasting ‘sold separately’, as is air fry tray. Can be bought as extras.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a couple of weeks ago and love it! Haven’t tried the air fry feature as the oven didn’t come with those accessories. The convection bake is amazing! I did have to purchase a new coffee boiler as my old one was a bit rough on the bottom from the old coil burners, but I can’t complain (old glory needed replaced). Love the timer sounds and I can actually hear it! Make sure that when yours is delivered, they level it! It comes level, however, floors in an almost 200 year old house are not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from my previous oven so that I could have the air fry feature and have a air fryer without losing counter space. I love having it wi-fi connected and getting updates on my phone. The only complaint I have is that food particles that come loose when turning things over tend to fall between the crack between the oven cavity and the door and directly into the lower storage area, which will dirty anything you have in there. Perhaps a shallow metal tray at the front of the drawer would help in that regard.

Everything works fine. Air Fryer not so much gutting help is not the best. But we like the stove so much we are keeping it and just dealing the Air Fryer not what I expected. We will keep working at it going to give it a 4th try and will up date if I can. If the air Fryer worked as expected it would be a 10 star.

Great features, when they work

I bought this a while back, so not happy with it. When it works correctly, it's awesome. When it doesn't, I'm mad again. 4 times we have had to have the mother board replaced. From reviews, it seems the computer system can't handle the heat of the oven fryer or self cleaner. The store and lg both refuse to replace. I will NEVER buy another lg product!

Disappointed

Oven delivered on March 1,2021. Didn’t notice the inside was “dirty”, “dusty” above the coil. I tried wiping it. It’s hard to do. Can’t fit my hand up there easily. What I did wipe away was slightly gritty. Also very small pieces of BLUE particles also came off when I wiped it. What was that? Paint? Enamel?

Horrible Product!

I purchased this range along with a refrigerator and dishwasher on March 12th. Ita was delivered and installed March 21st. Now less than five weeks later the stove top is disfigured! Sams Club offered to replace it, but I'm concerned that the new one will be the same after a month of using. I called LG, their response? that's your problem, its not covered by our warranty, you must have done something wrong. Well yeah, I COOKED ON IT! I'll have to return it for a different brand, can't trust LG.

poor quality

The oven glass door cracked and crumbled and LG will not fix it , I have been behind gettign this fixed and both samclub and LG will not fix it, the quality is poor and customer support sucks
