[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been having temperature issues on both the stovetop and the oven. Things that have been safe at certain temperatures for years are not safe in this unit. A technician said there is nothing that can done as there are no problems with it. What is the problem is that I need to learn to adjust the temperature so the item cooks right. So, after 30+ years of being comfortable on other ranges baking something at 350 degrees for 15 minutes may now have to adjusted to 325 or 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Medium on the stovetop for 15 minutes may now mean low for 10 minutes. There is nothing that can be done except to learn how to use an electric range again after 30+ years of cooking? The flame point on olive oil is high. I got it to the temperature that the recipe called for. It increased within seconds to the flame point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recent this stove less than 48 hrs ago. I used the air fryer, loved it. I used the Cooktop to heat soup, wiped the condensation off before after removing the pot and the ultra heat burner is missing the black coating down to the silver. I'm disgusted and so disappointed. We have waited for this stove to be available, ordered in December 2020. My old drive could be cleaned without a problem. I'm at a loss for words at this point.

This Range is great buy for the price. All contols are easy to use. Children lock control is a must with young children. Stove top must be cleaned with correct materials. Maintenance on the stovetop is higher than normal. Wifi setting is nice when you need to preheat oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this stove in September and we absolutely love it!! I had looked for 6 months for a stove that I actually wanted to buy. Just happened to walk by this one in the store and saw the advertisement for an air fryer feature and I was hooked. We had small air fryer and used it all the time. I just thought that this would be a way to get rid of an extra small appliance and replace our broken stove in the process. We use the air fry feature the most. The store that I was in that day did not have this one in stock so I tried 2 more stores before I found it in stock. I not only love the air fry feature but love the convection aspect and all the burner features on top!! I will be buying more LG appliances for our home.

HOWEVER, the front stainless steel strip of the range gets so HOT when the oven is on that it is NOT SAFE around children. It will burn them. The vent below that part of the range is what I believe is the issue. Poor design.

Features on the stove top include multiple sizes and temperatures on the large burners , warming plate between the back burners and love the easy to use large stove knobs. There is no pre heating needed for the air fryer for healthy oil free frying.The large size oven is a bakers dream.Convenience of setting the oven timer or for pre set to start oven at a later time.Can also control oven from wifi. Really enjoying all the features of this LG stove.

I am completely disappointed in this range. The overall look is sleek, but a closer look will indicate very cheap stainless steel. There is a one inch gap between the cooktop and the controller panel which makes it look unfinished. The cooktop is very difficult to clean and damages easily. I have bought new cookware with the same result. My previous range was 20 years old and still looked perfect. This cooktop is so delicate that I am hesitant to use it. The touch controls for the oven settings must be pressed very firmly so adjusting the temperature is difficult. Once the oven is up to the correct temperature, you cannot adjust it up or down without turning the oven off and then back on. The oven light does not stay on which is very annoying. Apparently this feature is to save energy. The amount of energy used by the oven light compared to the heat element would be miniscule. The oven does not cook evenly. I keep adjusting the oven shelves trying to find the correct heat point. It is impossible to use two oven shelves at the same time, e.g. two sheets of cookies, as they totally cook unevenly. I have only had this range for 5 months but I’m continually frustrated. This is not the quality of product that I would expect from LG. I will definitely not buy an LG product in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Airfry worked fine for small stuff chicken breast french fries. But smoked me out of my house when trying to airfry small chicken. Also there are no directions about cooking a chicken on airfry anywhere except for portable air fryers. After an hour and half and billows if smoke the chicken still wasn't done! LG needs to make specific instructions . "Only airfry small snacks and meals no turkeys chickens roasts etc." My recommendations are "if warned about air fryer"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying using the oven for the holidays. The even baking of the convection means that the cookies come out evenly brown. The air fryer is terrific (though the air fry shelf is a seperate purchase). Now I can make "fried" fish & potatoes for more than just my husband & myself. The controls are easy to read & understand. My only problem is the stove top shows marks every time anything sets on it. The top does clean easily but I would have preferred some type of textured top that would not show the pot rings so easily. I think I should have gotten the one with the "proof" feature not only for yeast baking but keeping things warm & dehydrating.

I got this model Dec 8. The glass top is losing colour where the burners are. The air fry function doesn’t work and the racks inside the oven slant down when you are checking on your dinner in the oven so you better hold on or it will end up on the door!!
