We recommend using a ceramic cooktop cleaner and to avoid scrub pads or abrasive cleaning pads. For burnt on foods, we recommend leaving the cook top cleaner on the stain for 10 or more minutes and use a damp cloth to remove the debris. Also it is beneficial to use a razor scraper at a 30 degree angle to assist with debris removal. Rinse with clean water and dry with a paper towel. I hope this helps. ^Jennifer
