It held its temperature really well, and quality of the build. Compared to my Trager that I currently own, the quality of the grill and sheer size of the cooking surfaces available are unmatched.

Well made grill, especially for the price I got it for. Quality construction with heavy duty materials. Great tech support from Sam's Club. Haven't grilled with it yet but did a practice run-through. Worked great.

Holds temp well, smokebox is pretty cool and gives off perfect smoke after chunks get going. Would like to see better a controller instead of 25-50 increments. Like the oval barrel, super thick porcelain coated grates and large top warming rack.

Absolute trash. First one died less than A year from when I got it. Second one just died after 2 uses because I can't control the heat. It's at 400 degrees and wont cone down. So mad I had meat to put on and it failed again.

Not too hard to put together even tho there were no instructions or user manual in the box! Used it first night to smoke 2 briskets and and it was wonderful

Great value, half the price of the big name pellet smoker for the same volume. Have made two briskets and two pork butts and they were all fantastic. Sad to see some reviewers have had some QC issues but mine has worked fantastic.

Purchased couple of weeks ago, wont hit targeted temps. Set it to 200, sat at 300 for over an hour. Set it to p3 setting, still wont drop below 250 after an hour.

Great product better than most
