I love it!

Had a chest freezer for many years. This is a huge game changer as I can so easily access everything. The drawers are a wonderful plus. The unit takes up less space. I read the review about the outside temp which did concern me, however, once the freezer is up to temp inside, it is no different from any other freezer. Great buy. Great appliance. Thank you.

Good little freezer

Ordered this freezer to upgrade, it came with glass shelves and no drawers. Slightly different than the description which is fine! The 4 stars is because there is a few noticeable small dents and blemishes on the sides and back of the unit. It was down to temp within an hour of being plugged in! Easy to move around with the rear wheels.

Died 2 1/2 months in, replacement is a week out.

Worked great for 2 1/2 months, then zero warning, stopped working completely. Almost lost $800 in meat.

Stopped working after 2 weeks

Had it for 2 weeks and then it stopped working. Had to drag it back to the store for a refund and had to figure out where to store all the extra meat I stocked up on when I bought the freezer 🙄.

Freezer description is NOT what you get

The freezer works great but it isn't what the description said it would be. There are NO LED lights inside, NO glass shelves, just metal racks that cannot be adjusted, and only two wheels that can't even be uses.

Do NOT purchase

The fridge/freezer whe I plugged it in to get cold before storing my items. It had moisture as if the seals weren't catching. Had frost build up before I could even use it. The bottom was missing the enclosure.

Not as described

The description states 4 glass shelves and the are not, they are wire and cannot be moved. Also description states interior lighting which it doesn’t have. Disappointed the description was not accurate.

This is hot to the touch on the outside.

Only had it a couple days now but I'm very concerned about the amount of heat that comes from the sides of this thing. When we first plugged it in, the sides are temping at 117 degrees. It was very hot to touch. After it cooled down some, we put frozen food it in and it cooled down another 10 degrees. However, it's still running really hot to touch at 107 degrees. This is at least 15 degrees higher than my garage refrigerator. I don't know if this is an issue with anyone else. I'll continue to monitor it a little longer. It may get returned.
