I bought this freezer on Dec 15, 2025, was delivered Dec 30th, 2025, worked fine till May 20th now it’s dead. Only a 90-day return to Sams club, 1 year warranty from Frigidaire, but they don’t recognize the model no. Wish I had my 40-year-old G.E. freezer back.

Ordered this freezer to upgrade, it came with glass shelves and no drawers. Slightly different than the description which is fine! The 4 stars is because there is a few noticeable small dents and blemishes on the sides and back of the unit. It was down to temp within an hour of being plugged in! Easy to move around with the rear wheels.

I can’t speak to how this product works because Fed Ex damaged it on delivery. It has about a six inch dent on the door and side. I’m leaving a one star review because Sam’s offered us a partial refund, which we would have gladly taken, but they said it would void the warranty! So this thing was dropped or hit really hard with something and you want me to gamble on it working properly? We needed this freezer for a large Sam’s Club order and now we have to rebox it and wait days for a pick up. Thanks Sam’s, we will limit our orders to food from now on. This is a huge headache.

I purchased this freezer with high expectations, but the item I received did not match the product photos. Instead of the drawer-style interior shown, mine came with glass shelves and no drawers at all. Customer service informed me that the pictured model wouldn’t be available for some time, which was frustrating. I returned the freezer and received a refund, but the experience was disappointing.

Outstanding freezer

Had a chest freezer for many years. This is a huge game changer as I can so easily access everything. The drawers are a wonderful plus. The unit takes up less space. I read the review about the outside temp which did concern me, however, once the freezer is up to temp inside, it is no different from any other freezer. Great buy. Great appliance. Thank you.

It’s a nice freezer however I wish it had too deep drawers instead of 1 1/2 but it’s a great freezer if you need it for extra items

The fridge/freezer whe I plugged it in to get cold before storing my items. It had moisture as if the seals weren’t catching. Had frost build up before I could even use it. The bottom was missing the enclosure.

massive dent in the door. Sam's knew it was damaged and put the box with the hole side down so we couldn't see it. Something obviously punctured the box and dented the freezer. We live an hour away. So disappointed.

Arrived without a plug. Took over a week to get item picked up. I was told it was out of stock so could not be replaced, although it still shows in stock on website.
