We purchased this item June 2025 only for it to completely stop working a week ago. We tried troubleshooting, defrosting/unplugging and nothing works. My fiancé reached out to Curtis Int. only to be told that the warranty is only 1 year and to have someone( not them) to fix it. So not only did we lose the food that was in the freezer but now we have to hire someone to fix it. Apparently looking at other reviews this is a common issue of this freezer after a year or so. Do not buy!

It's a nice freezer however I wish it had too deep drawers instead of 1 1/2 but it's a great freezer if you need it for extra items

It does not have much room inside the freezer. I was very disappointed in how little frozen food it actually holds.

Whatever third party they use for delivery will destroy your appliance during delivery….. don't waste your money. Buy from somebody else!!!! Returns on large items is also a huge pain. Dent was the size of my hand………..

I bought this freezer on Dec 15, 2025, was delivered Dec 30th, 2025, worked fine till May 20th now it's dead. Only a 90-day return to Sams club, 1 year warranty from Frigidaire, but they don't recognize the model no. Wish I had my 40-year-old G.E. freezer back.

Its decent size, works well so far, wish it was self-defrosting

I can't speak to how this product works because Fed Ex damaged it on delivery. It has about a six inch dent on the door and side. I'm leaving a one star review because Sam's offered us a partial refund, which we would have gladly taken, but they said it would void the warranty! So this thing was dropped or hit really hard with something and you want me to gamble on it working properly? We needed this freezer for a large Sam's Club order and now we have to rebox it and wait days for a pick up. Thanks Sam's, we will limit our orders to food from now on. This is a huge headache.

We unboxed this fridge the same day we purchased it and it does not have glass shelves, they are wired shelves that can not be moved to accommodate different heights. There are no LED lights on this and no wheels for easy movement at all. I swear it's a completely different model but the box matches up with the model # on line. Now I have to make the decision on if I should rebox it, reload into my car and go through the hassle of returning it or if I am just stuck with something I hate

The item here in the pic is not the same i received they gave me a cheaper one with wire shelves that are not glass and can not be moved and the wire shelves apear to be the ones that cool the freezer very disappointed in Sams Club never have i had a problem like this and now they put false advertisement with the images of this freeze
