Had a chest freezer for many years. This is a huge game changer as I can so easily access everything. The drawers are a wonderful plus. The unit takes up less space. I read the review about the outside temp which did concern me, however, once the freezer is up to temp inside, it is no different from any other freezer. Great buy. Great appliance. Thank you.

I had ordered the exact one from a hardware store and through their website it had cost me $ 860.00. While shipping at Sam’s Club my wife and I saw this one and wow! I went to the restaurant area and canceled it from the hardware store and paid cash for this one. I brought it home and the next day went back to Sam’s Club but bought meat to fill it. This one is Garage ready and the perfect size for our needs.

Great size for us as retirees. Good size for home garden

The only thing I don't like is the bottom drawer it should be more secure and not just sit in.

When bought 2 weeks ago, I brought it and olace it in garage, when removed the box? It was damaged on the front door. Its bent!! It works fine, but damaged. I should've open it the same day and report the damage. But I work late and didn't had time until thursday.

I got this to replace a bigger one and it's the perfect size as the children have left home. However, it is difficult to open, there is a recessed handle on it but no handle. I am very satisfied with the capacity of the freezer. It would be convenient if it had a light inside. Very reasonably priced.

It’s a nice freezer however I wish it had too deep drawers instead of 1 1/2 but it’s a great freezer if you need it for extra items

massive dent in the door. Sam's knew it was damaged and put the box with the hole side down so we couldn't see it. Something obviously punctured the box and dented the freezer. We live an hour away. So disappointed.

I can’t speak to how this product works because Fed Ex damaged it on delivery. It has about a six inch dent on the door and side. I’m leaving a one star review because Sam’s offered us a partial refund, which we would have gladly taken, but they said it would void the warranty! So this thing was dropped or hit really hard with something and you want me to gamble on it working properly? We needed this freezer for a large Sam’s Club order and now we have to rebox it and wait days for a pick up. Thanks Sam’s, we will limit our orders to food from now on. This is a huge headache.
