Not a big freezer but big enough.

I had ordered the exact one from a hardware store and through their website it had cost me $ 860.00. While shipping at Sam’s Club my wife and I saw this one and wow! I went to the restaurant area and canceled it from the hardware store and paid cash for this one. I brought it home and the next day went back to Sam’s Club but bought meat to fill it. This one is Garage ready and the perfect size for our needs.

Great Small Freezer

I got this to replace a bigger one and it's the perfect size as the children have left home. However, it is difficult to open, there is a recessed handle on it but no handle. I am very satisfied with the capacity of the freezer. It would be convenient if it had a light inside. Very reasonably priced.

Damaged!!

When bought 2 weeks ago, I brought it and olace it in garage, when removed the box? It was damaged on the front door. Its bent!! It works fine, but damaged. I should've open it the same day and report the damage. But I work late and didn't had time until thursday.

My daughter got this and it said frost free, but it is not. She is happy with the size, but defrosting is a pain in the butt, especially when frost starts building to the point of sticking the door shut in just a week.

dented

massive dent in the door. Sam's knew it was damaged and put the box with the hole side down so we couldn't see it. Something obviously punctured the box and dented the freezer. We live an hour away. So disappointed.

Not the Freezer that was Advertised

I purchased this freezer with high expectations, but the item I received did not match the product photos. Instead of the drawer-style interior shown, mine came with glass shelves and no drawers at all. Customer service informed me that the pictured model wouldn’t be available for some time, which was frustrating. I returned the freezer and received a refund, but the experience was disappointing.

Incomplete manufacturing missing plug.

Arrived without a plug. Took over a week to get item picked up. I was told it was out of stock so could not be replaced, although it still shows in stock on website.

Not worth it!

Not even a month and it stopped working! Bought to keep my baby’s milk, and thank God we noticed in time that it stopped working and were able to get the milk out.
