Picked up at Provo, UT store day after I purchased it. Customer service rep helped me put it in the back of my truck. Got home and assembled it in less than an hour. Connected the propane tank, turned the knob to lite....pushed in the knob and it lit up right away. We've used it four times up to, and through Halloween; it kept us very warm out in our carport. I highly recommend this unit!

We purchased two of these Patio Heaters for outdoor get togethers. They work wonderfully! They let of so much warmth and allow us to have fun late evening get togethers where we don't have to freeze! Assembly wasn't bad and the blue sticky protection sticker was a little hard to get off around the screws but nothing to leave a bad review about. We love ours. We are contemplating purchasing third.

Easy to setup, but the only 2 places it gets tricky is when you are trying to position the long cylindrical tank holder in front of preset holes. The other slightly tricky part is getting the LED table in its place. Overall, its great qaulity for the price.

It is great except for the packaging. Whomever decided to completely cover the unit the thin blue pastic, including attaching pieces over it needs to have their head examined. It took longer to remove the plastic than to assemble. But it is a fine product nonetheless.

Having a wedding in Michigan the end of October is very risky. Having 300 guest in a tent I wondered how good would they heat? With 10 heaters, not only were they great, we had to turn them down because of how nice and toasty we all became with the outside temps at 45 degrees. Thanks for making the wedding a huge success.

This heater was delivered well packaged and in a timely manner. My husband put it together without any problems and we had it going in no time! It puts off a good amount of heat and warms a good area around the heater. You'll be perfectly comfortable in your sweater while hanging out by the patio heater. I love the lighted drink table around it! It's very conducive to conversation during an outdoor party. I would highly recommend this patio heater to anyone who enjoys being outside, even in the winter!

Beautiful! Easy to install, worked great! We had a party for over 100 people and they worked great, easy to start up and received quite a few complaints. My only disappointment was I received (1) heater damaged (dented) I had to keep due to the returning of the heater would have meant I would have been short (1) heater. Thank you

This heater was perfect.Assembly instructions were clear and well written. I liked having the nuts and bolts on a card, this made assembly easier than sorting through baggies. My only issue was the bolts came in different sizes. I had to keep going back to to the tool chest for different sized wrenches. It would be nice to have the size listed and uniform.

The patio heater didn’t stay lit.
