Was tired of smelling like smoke after using our fire pit and was told about this heater. It’s perfect for our needs! It gives off plenty of heat and no smoky clothes or hair afterwards! Assembly was fairly easy too.

Poorly constructed, the wind blew it over, and it destroyed the top of it, it's not usable at all. we didn't even get to use it once before this happened

I love this item!! I've always wanted one and was able to put it together myself!! The dome was slightly bent but still usable. It is going to be a great addition to my deck. And purchased a cover to protect it.

Quite flimsy construction and blew over in a short gust of wind within first hour of ownership. Bent the top and the factory has ZERO replacement parts for this unit! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

the instructions were straight forward, but it is much easier if you have 2 people. The heater itself worked the 1st time we fired it up and the heat coming from was very good

Fired up right away. Metal a little flimsy and very difficult to take off the protective plastic coating- cut ourselves on sharp metal edges doing so. Looks good once assembled and works great with excellent heat output.

The product itself works fine but it came in dented in more than a few places. I also agree with other reviewer‘s the blue protective film is a nightmare there has to be a better way to package.

Built very well. Have been to peoples houses and outdoor patios, this heater far exceeds the quality I have seen. Easy assembly, about an hour to do it right. Plastic is a pain, but worth it to keep from scratching until it’s final destination.

we purchased this heater for our patio and have used it 3 times. it works well and does exactly what it is supposed to do. we purchased s cover for it to keep it from rusting in the rain. so far so good. really like the small table where people can stand around under it and put their drinks down.

So far our heater is ex-siding our old one. Everything went together as per instructions. Minor tweaking of the heat reflector, which is not unusual for mass produced parts . Once assembled, put in a tank of propane and fired it up. Took a couple tries before I got it right on the start up sequence. So use to the old heater as it had a flint igniter rather than electronic. Now it is turn to light, push in knob, push igniter once, hold for a few seconds, turn to desired temp, and enjoy . Table is neat, place to put my coffee cup while I start up the heater. BTW,the LED light is kind of nice feature for ambiance after dark.
