This heater was delivered well packaged and in a timely manner. My husband put it together without any problems and we had it going in no time! It puts off a good amount of heat and warms a good area around the heater. You'll be perfectly comfortable in your sweater while hanging out by the patio heater. I love the lighted drink table around it! It's very conducive to conversation during an outdoor party. I would highly recommend this patio heater to anyone who enjoys being outside, even in the winter!

This heater is so beautiful! Not only will it help during those cooler nights that you want to hang out outside a little longer, it is also, very pretty to look at. It has a small table-like area to hold your beverages that is also lighted. Looks beautiful at night! Priced just right!

It is great except for the packaging. Whomever decided to completely cover the unit the thin blue pastic, including attaching pieces over it needs to have their head examined. It took longer to remove the plastic than to assemble. But it is a fine product nonetheless.

Picked up at Provo, UT store day after I purchased it. Customer service rep helped me put it in the back of my truck. Got home and assembled it in less than an hour. Connected the propane tank, turned the knob to lite....pushed in the knob and it lit up right away. We've used it four times up to, and through Halloween; it kept us very warm out in our carport. I highly recommend this unit!

I bought this and it was shipped right away and I received it in good condition. Took about an hour to unpack and assemble. Needed 3 hands on some parts, other than that very simple to put together. Now I need to just purchase a propane tank and fill it with propane and fire it up.

A well made and good looking patio heater. Simple to assemble and operates flawlessly giving out ample heat. The LED lighted table is a nice touch. The supplied cover is appreciated but is not of good quality and dont see it lasting long. Bottom line is this is a great heater at a good price. Time will tell how this ages.

we purchased this heater for our patio and have used it 3 times. it works well and does exactly what it is supposed to do. we purchased s cover for it to keep it from rusting in the rain. so far so good. really like the small table where people can stand around under it and put their drinks down.

The product comes with all stainless parts covered in a blue plastic film which you must strip off before assembly. The problem is that this film stays around all of the connectors because it was sprayed on before factory assembly it looks like. So without drilling out all of the rivits, cleaning the film off, then re-riviting it back to gether you have this tacky blue film all over for a long time.

So far our heater is ex-siding our old one. Everything went together as per instructions. Minor tweaking of the heat reflector,which is not unusual for mass produced parts . Once assembled,put in a tank of propane and fired it up. Took a couple tries before I got it right on the start up sequence. So use to the old heater as it had a flint igniter rather than electronic. Now it is turn to light,push in knob,push igniter once,hold for a few seconds,turn to desired temp,and enjoy . Table is neat,place to put my coffee cup while I start up the heater. BTW,the LED light is kind of nice feature for ambiance after dark.

Had Halloween party and guests put together. People asked about where I got heater before even saying hello. Such a great investment got additional 5 for clos friends/relatives. Coach Alex in Mechanicsburg, PA is BEST. Less than 20 mins to put together. Light of party , no pun intended. LOL
