Picked up at Provo, UT store day after I purchased it. Customer service rep helped me put it in the back of my truck. Got home and assembled it in less than an hour. Connected the propane tank, turned the knob to lite....pushed in the knob and it lit up right away. We've used it four times up to, and through Halloween; it kept us very warm out in our carport. I highly recommend this unit!

This heater is so beautiful! Not only will it help during those cooler nights that you want to hang out outside a little longer, it is also, very pretty to look at. It has a small table-like area to hold your beverages that is also lighted. Looks beautiful at night! Priced just right!

Great heater especially for the price! Love this piece! It was fairly easy to put together. We love the heat it puts out & the lighted shelf is an added bonus. We loved it so much we bought a second one. We live in California so we used it a lot during Christmas time. It turned our patio into a warm toasty place to hangout!

Had Halloween party and guests put together. People asked about where I got heater before even saying hello. Such a great investment got additional 5 for clos friends/relatives. Coach Alex in Mechanicsburg, PA is BEST. Less than 20 mins to put together. Light of party , no pun intended. LOL

I bought 2 of these heaters a couple months ago for use on our acreage: in the garage, on the patio, at the outdoor track, on the deck. They have been used and easily moved around a lot - everyone says how great the heat is, and how practical the lighted table. They look classy and function well we are very pleased!

We got to use this one time before the wind blew it over. Our fault for not putting it in a better spot, but it would have been nice to have a way to secure it somewhere/somehow. After putting it back up, AND moving it to a different spot, the wind found it again.

I have seen these before at a party I had attended and new this was the perfect thing to have at home to be able to sit out on the porch of an evening with friends or neighbors and have a cold one and be able to stay warm during the winter. They always make great gifts as well. Although they are made in china I really do love the patio porch heaters.

The product comes with all stainless parts covered in a blue plastic film which you must strip off before assembly. The problem is that this film stays around all of the connectors because it was sprayed on before factory assembly it looks like. So without drilling out all of the rivits, cleaning the film off, then re-riviting it back to gether you have this tacky blue film all over for a long time.

Very easy to setup, did not require any help - could setup on my own by following the instructions. The overall build is good. The difficult part was taking off the We have used it 3 times already this Spring. The heat distribution is good - you need to be in the 3-5 ft radius. Not very effective if its windy.

I received two of these heaters that I ordered and one had a dent the other the weight in the bottom was broke in half . I called the number and they said both would be replaced with no problem. When I received them a few days later the pole was perfect but the they sent a whole new bottom without the weight ! so I called again and the lady was very rude and said they don’t replace the weights we would have to deal with the store so now that’s my plan ! Other than that we love them !!
