Do not Buy

Used it 3 times fourth time would not stay on when I really needed it Would not stay on when I let off of the nob

Defective

30 minute assembly. Materials seem to be decent. However, the LED table will not illuminate as the battery leads are wired backward.

Gives off good heat

Fairly easy to assemble. I could feel the heat from the time I walked out of the door onto the deck which was about 5 feet away from the heat source itself.

Question concerning covered porch

I want to use this on a covered porch, only one wall, open on three sides. The ceiling is 8.5 feet high. Is that enough clearance at the ceiling to use this heater?

Very temperamental igniter

We’ve used this heater 3 times and it is very hard to light! We’ve followed the directions and the troubleshooting. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!

Heats up quickly. Great value!

Package arrived earlier as expected, but box was damaged. As my husband started putting it together we noticed the base, pole and cover was slightly dented, but not to the point where he was unable to put it together.

Defective out the box

Bought this outdoor heater last year and would not stay lit new out of the box. Had to call and get a replacement burner unit and it worked for the winter. Went to use it this fall and it won't stay lit. I expect better products from Sam's Club.

Does anyone else have a blue PLASTIC top?? It smells like it’s burning and I don’t see any online with this blue cover? It definitely looks like it’s burning!

Hi Chaney, thank you for your business; we appreciate it. Chaney, you need to remove the blue plastic form your heater. The blue plastic is a protective covering that is used to protect the stainless steel.

Broken

Led light table won’t work. Called customer service they will not help me because I won the heater in a raffle and didn’t purchase it myself. Very disappointed in Sam’s I have been a member for 30 years and thought they would be more helpful
