Parts defective no replacements avail

I bought this heater. The regulator hose was not working. I tried to replace the hose but the cable is not a normal industry standard 3/8. I cant find a replacement hose anywhere

Turns off on its own every 2 minutes

Looks good, pain to assemble it because of blue protective film that is pinned under screws and edges, turns off all the time on its own. Will have to return it

Great, but...

In general, this heater is pretty great. Easy to build and operate. My only real complaint is that the wheels it comes with are garbage. After building it I attempted to roll to where we were about to use it and one of the wheels collapsed flat.

Patio Heater

This heater arrived late. Was difficult to put together and broke after first use. Company sent replacement parts that were delayed 3 months. Blue protective film was difficult to remove. Would not buy again. Would not recommend.

As for the blue plastic wrap, this is something that our engineering felt was necessary for protection during the shipment and assembly. However this issue has been reviewed and changes have been implemented. Once again, we do want to let you know that we are truly sorry for the troubles and problems you experienced.

Do not buy

It is the worst product I have ever purchased from Sam's. Worked about 3 times. It was a gift or I would have taken it back. To fix it costs as much as buying a new one.

Very cheap and flimsy. Took two hours to put together because holes don't line up and the thing is like tin foil. Cover it comes with dont even waste your time on.

Works well but a gas guzzler

We use it a few hours a night but really takes a lot of propane to run. Assembly wasn’t too bad. It was pain staking to remove the plastic film from the rolled edges. We go through about 2-3 tanks a week at $20 per refill.

As for the plastic film issue this has been addressed and improvements to make the removal easier are being implemented for our 2022 factory production. FYI, the fuel consumption for our heaters are right inline with industry standards. The average portable propane patio heater houses a 20lb propane tank or about 4.7 gallons of fuel and can operate approximately 8 to 10 hours per tank.
