Works great, the bar top is a nice touch, wasn’t to hard to assemble. The top plate was a bit of a challenge but by the 2nd heater my husband got the hang of it

Bought 6 to use for an outdoor wedding. Easy to assemble. Work fantastic! Really put out the heat. Highly recommend. The lighted tables add a nice soft glow at night.

We bought one of these from someone and loved it. It blew over and broke and I was upset. When I saw them on sale we purchased 2. The table lights up and that was another reason we wanted two of them. Sam's sale came right on time.

Bought this for my covered deck near the pool. I was worried the surface of my panels above the heater would get too hot. My ceiling is 11ft. But there are no issues! The heat really does radiate down and around. I bought a second one and they were a hit for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved them. Glad I purchased them.

I purchased this in store. A true 304 stainless steel which mean no magnet will cling to it! I was going to get the Hampton Bay at home depot, but when I lifted the box it was almost 50 % lighter than the member's mark unit. Upon putting the my members mark unit together it was packaged very well, no dings! The assembly layout was the best I've ever seen on putting anything together, very well layer out!! That table light is awesome!!! I recommend buying instore via shipping. I glad I did not get the home depot heater, not sure if it was 304 stainless steel and definitely lighter than my member's mark. I did not light my unit yet as I will do that soon and give my opinion as well. This is a solid heater!!!

We received this April 27, 2021. Fired it up once and haven't used it since. We covered it in October with a heater cover and have only now uncovered it to discover the LED table finish on the underside of the glass has deteriorated. This is a beautiful patio heater, but this should not have happened. I know it's a bit over a year ( the warranty) Is it possible to replace the table?

Hello, this is a great patio heater. Have had my 2 units for almost 3 years now with no problems. Keep outside all year round, just place under deck in the winter and no rust damage or anything in this time. Gives off a lot of heat. Wanted to wait to see how they performed and held up before placing a review. Will be buying 2 more, just waiting for a sale.

for all of you that are experiencing problems lighting or keeping the heater lit, the problem is you're opening the valve on the tank too fast causing a protective system to shut down the gas flow. Unscrew the regulator and re-attached the hose from the tank, then slowly turn it back on. If you hear a single click sound you have done it again. Unattached and then reattach the regulator hose to the tank. This will fix the problem.

Bought two of these heaters. Reviews and price seems good.One arrived damaged with seceral dents and rivets popped. First one took 1.5 hours to unbox and build including repairs with my own hardware. Second took about 45min not damaged. Quality is OK. Several pieces do not appear to be stainless steel and are either aluminum or a cheaper metal.The heat reflective hood seems to be aluminum or a cheaper flimsy steel metal and comes in five separate pieces with 12 tiny nuts and bolts. Very tricky to assemble. Took 30 min alone. Hood should come in stainless steel for outdoor durability and it should come as one piece or pre-assembled. Company should pack in a bigger box with less assembly and pay a few bucks more to ship. There are no disposable tools in hardware kit so you will need to be prepared. But the kit comes with batteries? You will need several tools and a second hand helps. Once I got them assembled, they lit first time and seem to work fine including LED table. Nice heat dispersion.They have a weighted base. With propane tank they are fairly heavy. No risk of tipping short of 50mph gust. I probably would not buy again and look for something with more stainless steel at a slightly higher price and preferably less assembly.

Bought 1 year ago and it lights but goes out after about 4 minutes. Called the number and was told since it is out of warranty (barely) they would sell the part that contains thermo coupling and with shipping it would be $79.00 We had only used the heater about 4 times. Our friends bought the same heater and now theirs is doing the same thing. Sams Club should at least offer the part with free shipping to store. Made in China Don't Buy!
