Support is lousy... we bought 2 of these.. one missing the hardware kit and the other the sections of the dome had a crease in them. They all had the same pattern of dent and crease. I called the number that was in the manual and was told to go online and see if they had the parts in stock. If they did not have them then pretty much tough luck. I asked for a call back, nothing it's been 3 days. I was going to buy another at Sam's club, strip the parts I needed then take it back. Unfortunately they don't have any in stock.. So I am stuck with $260 worth of flawed product I cannot use. Oh but they'll tell you how important customer satisfaction is... crap. I can't wait for COSCO to open here. And to the company managing the warranty claims... get your act together whose brother in law owns that company? At least call people back.. This is ridiculous.

Easy to assemble. Very good instructions. It said could be assembled in 30 minutes, I wouldn’t go that far but, the instructions are good and screws and parts are well labeled. The top of the lamp is covered in a blue plastic protective coating that has to be removed. It is very difficult to remove it. That was our only hang up but it was time consuming and frustrating. Overall I really think it is a great value

I bought this in Dec. '23 as a Christmas gift. During the unboxing and assembly process, I discovered that the base for the glass "table" was broken. I called the number listed in the manual, and was promised a replacement part. That was four months ago; still no part. I recently called back and was told that parts are still back-ordered with no fulfillment date in sight. Keep this in mind if you're considering this heater, as several of the parts are very flimsy, particularly the top heat shield.

This product is very temperamental and only works half the time. Trying to figure out how to return since we had it shipped to us.

This is a Great Heater we bought one last year and decided we needed 2 more because the price was so reasonable.
