Purchased about 6 weeks ago. I have tried every cycle available and been very pleased with the results! Each cycle dried as needed and the machine is very quiet. I would have given it 5 stars IF it had a light inside and the drier cycle complete alarm was louder. If you can live without an interior light and/or you don't worry about an end of cycle alert, you most likely, will love this dryer!

I love the fact that the energy star efficiency means that I am drying my clothes using way less energy than my old dryer. My clothes come out soft and wrinkle free. I also love the LG ending chime.

Purchased LG based on reviews of their appliances and this time instead of a pull down door, I opted for one that opens left to right. It has a large tumbler and I've used every cycle and am very pleased with it's performance

Super efficient! Jingle is temporary I don't know why people complain about it. I dry my clothes on the automated settings and don't have an issue except for my bath robe and fluffy blankets, those require a higher heating setting. Beyond that everything comes out dry and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the dryer. We had some difficulty with it but found out it was not the dryer but our plug and vents. We got the plug fixed and the vents cleaned out, it works wonderful. I love the way it is drying the clothes.

I am so frustrated to find out that I cannot turn off the chime on this model. How can that not be a standard feature? I'm supposed to have figured this out on my own before buying it? It is very loud and I can't use it without bothering people sleeping in my house. When the dryer is running it is quite, I love that, but why then do I have to hear so many beeps? The dryer is always off so you have to turn it on to use, chime. Turn the knob, chime. Start the cycle, chime. Cycle ends, chime. Apparently it's very select models that you cannot turn it off, and I'm the lucky one. Also this model does not connect to thin q app, you really don't get access to any settings at all. What you see on the interface is it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago snd I'm use to the old time dryers. 🤷‍♀️ It took me a bit to get to understand and use the dryer nut I did it. Instructions were easy to follow. We bought it and rushed it out the door to get it home and use my new choir toy. 😆 Has made energy saving a thing for me. Love that it turns itself off when it knows my clothes are dry. No unnecessary time finishing instead finishing when they are dry no matter what I set it for. Thanks and the buzzer is a melody not a buzzer. 🥰

I had had a whirlpool for 33 years, so I was reluctant to switch brands. however, after a quick read in the accompanying booklet, my dryer was finishing my first load !!! So simple! ease of operation was key to my purchasing this dryer!!!

Luckily, our neighbor let us use their dryer that night. So, off to the Internet, seeing what was available and at a reasonable price. I had read that LG products were rated the highest, so that was my target. This model was on sale at a local store, with a promised delivery of 2 days. I found that it was easy to operate, with little reading of a manual. This last point is a pet peeve of mine, in that I detest new products that are not intuitive to operate.

I love how quiet it is and how guickly the cycles are. I can have 5 loads of laundry done in no time. I also love the upbeat tune they play when they are finished.
