[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dryer 1 month ago. It has multiple settings but not too many. Normal dry is fine for most items as long as you do not overload it. Super heavy dry or timed dry are for the heavier, thicker clothes. A great dryer for the money!

The size of it is nice big enough of kind size comforter. My cloth is always very dry even when I only use it on the 20min setting. I haven’t tired the press dry setting yet but looking forward to trying that. Over all great price and works fantastic. My husband and I just brought a house for the 1st time and we wanted something durable and affordable. Tthis was it for us. Love it.

The dryer works great- I have had no problems with it. I love that I can choose it I want to use the auto dry or I can set my own timer if I prefer. Additionally, it makes the cutest little chiming song when the load is done. My clothes have come out less wrinkled and very dry every time. Very happy I decided to take a chance on this one. . . .

I'm not a fan of over-the-top enhancements and prefer simplicity and easy operation. I got just what I wanted in my LG dryer. Even my husband can operate it smoothly without any issues. Thank you.

I bought a house a few months back and this dryer was already in it. It DOES NOT DRY ANYTHING. Whether it is full, 1/2 full, or just a few items. Does not matter. It dries for a few minutes and shuts off. I contacted LG, since I was not the original purchaser I had no idea when the dryer was manufactured. Turns out, IT WAS ONE YEAR PRIOR! And since I wasn’t the original purchaser, I was out of luck for the warranty (which, is fair, I suppose). HOWEVER, a one year old dryer should be more than capable of drying a few items of clothing (OR A DRYER FULL OF CLOTHES!!). I should also mention the lint catcher is absolutely useless, everything just falls to the bottom of the dryer, which I’m sure is a factor in why the machine doesn’t work. When you look up the lint catcher in the manual vs when you look it up on LGs website, two different parts come up. So I don’t even know if I have the correct piece. I would just not even waste your time and money on this dryer and keep shopping.

Worst experience ever!! I bought it August 24th and still haven’t been able to use it!! First the door latch faulty. Waited two weeks for that to be fixed only to find out it doesn’t heat up?!! I waited two weeks for someone to come out and tell me it needs a part to fix the heat , that is still on order? No repair scheduled yet. No dryer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new dryer fairly quickly, as our old one unceremoniously decided to stop working in the middle of the dry cycle. Luckily, our neighbor let us use their dryer that night. So, off to the Internet, seeing what was available and at a reasonable price. I had read that LG products were rated the highest, so that was my target. This model was on sale at a local store, with a promised delivery of 2 days. I found that it was easy to operate, with little reading of a manual. This last point is a pet peeve of mine, in that I detest new products that are not intuitive to operate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer less than a month ago. It drys great,extra large capacity. The only issue is it has a loud vibration with start up. After it runs a few minutes it quites down. The knockout for your vent was very hard to get out. Wasn't properly cut out like it showed.
