Dead in Less then 2 Years
Do not buy this dryer. It failed within one year of use which was covered by warranty then failed again in the second year and i had no recourse. save your money and go with something else. this was a complete waste.
Hi, Lauren. We appreciate you sharing your experience and review regarding your LG Dryer, model DLG6101W. We always aim to engineer durable appliances that bring efficiency and premium technology to your home laundry routines, and we want to ensure your system performs reliably for your household needs. To help verify the operational stability of your appliance, we recommend checking your home exhaust vent hood outside to ensure it opens freely and clearing out any potential lint accumulation from the internal vent pipe, as unobstructed exhaust airflow maximizes machine efficiency and prevents heat retention faults. We want to help ensure your laundry setup operates perfectly and comfortably for your household. Please send us an email at lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com if you need further support. ^James
The dryer works fine and holds a lot but I didn't realize it was so basic. No drum light no wrinkle release and no timer. There is only 20, 40 and 60 minutes. I wish I had realized this before I bought it and I would have bought the next one up.
Hi, Shelia. What a fantastic power house for handling those extra-large laundry loads! We are so glad to hear that your LG Dryer is holding a ton and working beautifully to keep your clothes dried and ready. We completely note your thoughts regarding the manual timer limits, the drum lighting, and the cycle option varieties, and we will absolutely share this feedback with our product development team to help shape our future designs. We always want to ensure you get the absolute best match for your home's routine! For any future assistance or to explore features for your setup down the line, please feel free to connect with our team at @LGUSSupport. ^James
Quality is bad
First one was damaged upon delivery and I was lied to by a driver that he will submit for a replacement but he didnt that costs me 10 days of waiting. When I contact Samsclub customer service, they refused to let me return so I have to get it escalated to higher level. Got a replacement delivered as defective, the dryer keep turn off without drying the clothes

We strive to provide reliable, high-quality products and exceptional services to ensure a smooth and seamless experience. HATE IT!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I HATE this dryer!!!! It takes multiple cycles to get items damp! LG says the lint has to be cleaned out, I've had it cleaned out TWICE in the 9 months I've had it! I spend ALL day trying to dry 2 loads! It's ridiculous! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Plus there's no way to turn off the end of cycle chime!!! There is no internal light either!
Hi, there, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your concern about the drying performance of your LG Dryer (DLE6100W) model. Worst dryer ever!
Worst dryer ever. First 3 months it was just not good. Took hours to dry on Senser drying but it worked. Now constant codes. LG sent a repair man who did a 30 second self test and said all was well. He blamed my duct and left. Disconnected from the duct and just blowing out the back it still codes and stops in 15-20 minutes. Started the claim proccess over and NO response. Call the tech who left his number and NO response. I am charging back my credit card.
Hi there, Joe. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your situation and we can imagine how it must be when your dryer isn't working as expected.Based on what you're describing, it sounds like the error codes may be related to airflow or sensor issues. As a first step, we recommend checking for any lint buildup in the venting system, as restricted airflow can sometimes trigger error codes or cause drying cycles to stop prematurely. Additionally, ensure that the sensor inside the drum is clean and free from any residue.https://www.samsclub.com/p/lg-7-3-cf-electric-energy-star-dryer/P03020013Please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport with your model details and the specific error codes you're seeing, and we'll have our team assist you in resolving this as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and look forward to helping you!—Renzo
What a lemon
Bought this dryer in January. Used it 5 times and the error code started. Called LG and they ran me through some fixes. Nothing worked. Sent a tech who replaced a part. Nothing. Had to get a motherboard. Took two more weeks. Put it in still won't work. He called LG and talked to their tech. Never heard of this issue. Had him order the same part he replaced the first time. So probably down another 2 weeks It will be down close to a month as of today . They won't replace the dryer. It's a lemon. Paid money for something that doesn't work. Look for a different brand if looking for a dryer.

Bad idea for me to try to buy it here
After 2 weeks of ordering the delivery guys came and told the dryer is having mold all around, screws are rusted, etc., so they can't deliver & install and left. I wasted a day of my work for this and have to deal with a lot of time & stress. Sam's & LG are pointing at each other for refund and I am stuck in between. I just need my refund, so I can buy something from a nearby appliance store. It's 3 weeks since we are able to wash & dry our clothes.

End of cycle chime
The "end of cycle" chime is not loud enough to be heard in a different room, only in the laundry room. Basically useless.
