reply from Customer Care

Hello Ranger99. Thank you for the purchase of an LG product. Sometimes damp clothing can be the result of a few different easy fixes such as not overloading the dryer or in some cases material in dryer may effect over all dry time. It's best to take a peek at the instruction manual in order to make sure that you are using the correct dryer setting for your particular dryer load. Alternatively, reach out to us @LGUS on Twitter or send us a PM over on Facebook. - Trey

Good dryer.

I bought my LG dryer about 2 months ago and so far I’m very pleased with it. The only suggestion I could make is that the filter should be bigger.

Peace and dry

It is so nice to have a dryer that doesn't squeak really loud anymore. It is nice and big and dries the clothes nicely.

Good features, fast dry.

At first I was reluctant about it, but after few months use I love it. It dries super fast at just 40 minutes. Easy to use and not very loud at all.
