reply from Customer Care

We're sorry to hear about the issues you've been experiencing with your LG dryer. It's definitely frustrating when an appliance doesn't function as expected, especially so soon after purchase. It's positive that you've already had two technician visits to address the problem, but it's unfortunate that the issue hasn't been resolved yet. If you need further assistance, you may send us a private message on Facebook or X (Twitter) at @LGUSSupport, and we will be happy to accommodate you.
