The LG ThinQ app and feature is almost useless. Socks and small towels are getting stuck in the gap between the drum and the door. This could be a hazard, if it catches fire.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dryer about 6 weeks ago and my wife and I love it. It has a large capacity, dries everything well, and does it quickly! Love the LG products and this dryer is no exception!

Love the size and it dried well when it worked. It died after 4 years, which I expected to have it for longer. It no longer gets hot and will spin even when turned off. The only way to stop it is to open the door or unplug it.
