[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in June an I really like how it is quite and large enough I don't have to wash as many loads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great, easy to install frame was a little smaller than most which I had a small door and space to put it in, that was a big plus

The LG ThinQ app and feature is almost useless. Socks and small towels are getting stuck in the gap between the drum and the door. This could be a hazard, if it catches fire.

I bought this machine 10 weeks ago. Manufacturing defect. LG FINALLY agreed to reimburse us, after many weeks of getting the run around. I will not buy LG again.
