[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 1 month ago and it has been excellent. Lots of great cycles and the wrinkle cycle works very well. I have the gas version and dryer gets plenty hot to dry clothes quickly. Comforters only take 40 mins. Steam works well also. I would definitely recommend this dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer and the WM4000 washer together, the dryer has a lot of great cycles and is easy to set the cycles you want, it is very quiet - - we can barely hear it downstairs when it is running upstairs, no vibration at all. The ThinQ app was a little hard to set up and we could not pair it with the washer. either, as I thought we could. But, overall we are very happy with our purchase.

Love the new features but still learning to use them. WiFi connectivity has been a bonus feature that brings peace of mind and also great reminders for tracking use and any maintenance needed. Love and hope to have this dryer for many years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in November of 2023 and had to wait over a month for it to arrive. It was damaged during installation. Had to wait over a week to get it replaced. This one smells horrible, as did the other one. Why does it stink? I have had two other front end loaders, both Samsungs, and they did not have this stench.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dryer. It handles large and small loads. It fit my sons comforter and sheets and had tons more space. It evenly dries everything I do not have to worry about the heavy large loads not being done. It was very easy to hook up and get started doing my laundry. The digital screen is very easy to read and change my setting for different types of laundry from heavy work clothing to delicate light loads.

Still new to us but we use it almost daily. As I wrote before, the Wi-Fi feature seems more gimmicky than practical. I am also finding it difficult to input changes that I want. Have to go back and study the manual. Not finding it terribly user friendly so far but that may be just me.

The instructions manual is a little vague with some of the features. But over all I couldn’t recommend anything better for the price. Thanks LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would give this 4.5 stars - love the features - TurboSteam has been wonderful to freshen up clothes - like the wifi features way more than expected (being told via your phone when clothes are done is really nice when living in a multi-level home) - only issue I have had is clothes needing a little longer in the dryer when mixing my usual clothes and bedsheets together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this magnificent dryer for a few weeks and it’s literally been life changing!! It used to take several cycles to dry anything in our other dryer ( it was only 7 years old). This LG dries even towels at lightening speed!! A normal load of laundry can be dry in half hour, sometimes less!! Easy to operate and quiet!!

Unfortunately, it never dries anything with just one cycle, no matter what setting, no matter what size load, I have had to run it through 3, 4, even 5 times before it all gets dry. I now do time dry, because it's the only way to get anything dry. We have only had this dryer for about a year, and I have to say, we are disappointed but hoping we can find a problem that can be fixed.
