[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 13 yo front load LG washer was starting to have issues. I decided to replace now rather than wait till it quit. Of course I bought another LG set because of their reliability. I sell appliances for a living and this is the brand I tell customer is the best! My wm3600 is quiet and has all the function I need.

We only dry clothes, bedding and towels in our dryer. Nothing hard or bulky like shoes, etc. During a normal dry cycle with medium load, the inner wall of the "real tempered glass" door broke off and mixed a bunch of tiny jagged sharp shards into our clothes. I stack my dryer on top of the washer with the LG stacking kit, and if I wasn't paying attention, I could have opened the door and dropped a heavy 14" diameter disc of razor sharp glass 4 ft right on top of my feet and shattered all over my home floor. It'd been 2 years since we purchased and LG originally said it's out of warranty, but this is not an acceptable level of safety to have for a product well within its expected operating lifespan. Searching online, there are many other reports of this happening

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer was super easy to hook up I had no issues whatsoever it did save a decent amount on my electric bill because of how fast in Spain I'm the only thing that I could say is the light situation I hate that it has no lights on it other than that it's perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been a couple months since our purchase and have no complaints. Upgrading to a gas dryer seems to have proven to be more economical. Love the new features but still learning to use them. WiFi connectivity has been a bonus feature that brings peace of mind and also great reminders for tracking use and any maintenance needed. Love and hope to have this dryer for many years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in November of 2023 and had to wait over a month for it to arrive. It was damaged during installation. Had to wait over a week to get it replaced. This one smells horrible, as did the other one. Why does it stink? I have had two other front end loaders, both Samsungs, and they did not have this stench.

Purchased as a set just over a month ago. Had a older LG dryer that ran great but washer had issues to upgraded to new set. This dryer is ok but find to fully dry a load I have to use heavy duty setting instead of normal. Do like that I have the set linked to my phone and know when cycle is done

We did some research on Consumer Reports and decided we wanted to purchase an LG washer/dryer pair. At our local appliance store, we found the model we were most interested in and purchased it during a sale. So far, a great purchase.

I purchased this electric dryer a couple of weeks ago. It's stylish and works great. The only disappointment is that it only connects to a 2.4GHz wifi network and mine is 5.0GHz so it won't connect. Hopefully LG has a firmware update for that before long, as most networks are going 5GHz.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the washer/dryer pair for our house we bought. It has been 15 years since our last dryer, which was a Bosch. This LG is easy to use, with all the setting you could ever want. It is quiet. It dries quickly. We are so happy we bought it and know it will last for years.

I have had this (and the paired washer) for a month, and I am loving it so far. So many cool features, like TurboSteam! I like that I have the ability to customize cycles to such a detailed level. This also looks great and gives my laundry area a much more refined feel!
