This new model heats very good and completes the drying on one cycle verse my old model. It was worth the upgrade. The color is outstanding but does leave some finger prints. Very please thus far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our new dryer. We are amazed at all the new available features we’ve never had before. Like the steam feature which reduces the amount of wrinkle on our clothes. The AI that measures the exact time it takes to dry a load of clothes. We really the the added feature that alerts us of the exhaust air flow being restricted. That’s a really nice safety feature. We look forward to many years of excellent performance!

The drier has exceeded my expectations. Dries quickly and the steam option works great. Programing the WI FI was a little challenging. The pedestal with drawer needs to be 15 inch high like the one on my old drier. As I can no longer store product that exceeds 10 1/4 inch in height.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer was purchased with the compatible washer. This dryer is extremely easy to use, however I have not used all the functions yet. It and the washer were gifts from my brother and his significant other. Love all of them.

I have had this dryer for 3 weeks now and it works really good. There are lots of setting, but it was a little difficult to connect to to the app. I had to reach out to support and they were able to help me. I’m still learning all the functions and options that come with the app. I’m sure I’ll like it even more once I really learn what all it can do.

I bought this a before labor day (9/3) directly from LG. If you dont have time to wait, I dont recommend that route. The delivery date was stated 9/20. However, that is the delivery date to a third party that will deliver it to you house. Very misleading! I had to wait an additional 2 weeks (10/11) to receive my new appliances. I have now had this dryer for a bit. I am very pleased. The dryer itself is great. It has an abundance of features. Like Wi-fi it is neat that i can get a notification that my cloths are dry.

I purchased this LG DLEX4000W dryer to replace an existing dryer. My expectations were that this new dryer would take several cycles to thoroughly dry a full load. Was I surprised. This dryer is clearly superior to my old dryer as all of our clothes were dry after running it just one cycle. I no longer need to use the time dry cycle and run multiple cycles. I can rely on the dryer's sensor technology to know when the clothes are dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer in my new home. The capacity is much larger than my old dryer by far. I love being able to dry blankets and comforters. The steam feature works great to get wrinkles out too. The cycles auto pick how long to dry based on the size and I never find damp pieces in the load like I used to in the past.
