[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We read reviews and they were true it has lots of features but amazingly simple to use. You know how long it will take. And it has the energy saving features we wanted. This is a great pair with our LG stacking washer.

At 1 year and 3 months the dryer rumbled badly. Actually it started earlier but would then sound normal. The first repair visit said there was nothing wrong. The second visit the rollers were replaced. I did notice that the back of at least one of the rollers was completely packed with lint. Now lint collects on the back of the lint screen as well as the front. Please have your repair person back to correct this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer has the basic functions we need, but we've been disappointed that loads don't always come out dry and that drying times take so long. A feature missing for us is an optional chime to signal a cycle's end. Thankfully, it does have a reversible door, unlike its paired washer (WM3400CW).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled with this washing machine. We never owned an LG product. The washing machine is almost silent and the spin cycle is amazing ! Everything come out barely wet. Using less time to dry in my new LG Dryer !

After a particularly bad experience with a gas dryer from a domestic (U.S.) manufacturer who claimed its product was, "dependable from day one," my new replacement gas dryer was a pleasant surprise. My previous dryer would not ignite, and after visits from five individual service technicians (none of whom were able to correct the issue), I finally gave up and purchased a new LG gas dryer. My initial impression is that it successfully ignites when heat is called for, it is quiet, and efficient. The controls are easy to understand and closely match those of my matching new LG front loading washer. It begins and ends its cycles with a cheery little tune that brings a smile to my face every time!

I replaced my 16 year old LG dryer a month ago. I love the LG brand and my new dryer hasn't let me down. It has the same wonderful features and high quality as my old LG. Efficient, quite, large capacity, settings for every need and has a beautiful appearance. I couldn't be happier!

Some good, some not so much. Pros: Very quiet Cons: Side opening door. You don't realize how much a downward opening door is better till its gone. One LG model had a way to operate in either direction, they all need this. No interior light is a terrible cheap saving idea some very short-sighted pencil pusher came up with. Manual has almost no operational instructions, just repetitious installation warnings. Auto dryness sensing is poor with mix of light and heavy fabrics (ie. towels and sheets).

White was right and the door size and swing was ideal. The installation was quick and the installers did a great job. It runs and dries perfectly and we couldn't be more pleased with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect results after two months of regular use, in tandem with the matching washer we've had in operation for about a year. Clothes, inexplicably, just come out of the machine in a softer, fluffier texture - no fabric softener involved. I wish pre-sets could be tweaked more flexibly, but the "Manual" setting let's you do anything you wish. Excellent bonus features like three hours of anti-wrinkle after drying (a tumble or two per minute or so), and a sensor that reports clogs of lint in the exhaust line.
