The wifi connection doesn't work. I paid for Samsung care + on it and now have to go through the entire process of returning it, getting a refund, and reordering it because the tv doesn't qualify for "replacement". You've got one department saying I can get it replaced and another saying I can't, and just apologizing for the inconvenience. Frankly we've surpassed inconvenience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm 100% Samsung for my TV's. I have them in both homes. My most recent TV is for my studio where I play my guitar. I use it to play uTube videos and play along. I'm impressed with the resolution of images. Also the contrast is excellent. I recently bought a soundbar from Samsung that includes the woofer in the soundbar and I'm loving that as well.

The dark scenes nighttime scenes are so dark. You can’t even see it. We are fairly close to the TV. There’s gotta be an adjustment that I could make, but I haven’t found it yet and no one’s been able to help me.

The Brilliance and clarity of this TV is absolutely amazing. Compared to our previous vizio, it is much lighter and weight and was easy to install. Having the direct connection to all the apps is time and cost savings.

We have not purchased a television in some time. This TV is amazing for the money. SMART features are very straight forward with great resolution and contrast. Graphics are very vibrant. We love streaming and watching movies.
