Lots of Features don’t know all of them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the TV but the remote that’s a different Animal hard to figure out no instructions on how to do the different functions. I’m getting better at using it but still not sure how to do a lot of the commands. I’ve heard the same complaints about the remote.

Best tv ever!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best Samsung TV I have ever purchased. All of my other Samsung tv's have not disappointed. Hopefully this will give me several years of great service. I still have other Samsung TVs that are at least 10 years old!

Love love love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the tv. The picture is exceptional. WiFi tv is a plus as well. Streaming ability is nice, although I never use it. It works well with my Bose Sound system, because as we all know tv sound isn't that great. The only issue is with my Spectrum box. They conflict no matter what but I can live with that. I have 5 Samsung TVs in my home mostly due to the picture quality and reliability. I do not mind paying slightly more for quality that lasts.

Wonderful

The picture is so vivid it is almost like being at the game. The TV was so easy to set up. It is easy to operate and has tons of free apps and channels.

Huge Upgrade to 65"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Huge upgrade for our house. We have an older 50" Samsung HD TV. Our new 65" 4k has been a night and day difference. The picture quality is amazing. It looks so much more detailed and colorful. The thin frame makes the TV look really clean hung on the wall. If you are looking for middle of the road Samsung this is the one based on the price point we got it for.

Great Replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my Sony TV with Samsung and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. My Sony would lock up 1 t 2 times a week. I couldn't connect my tablet or phone to it via wireless connection. It was the worst tv I have ever had and the tech support from Sony was a joke.

75" Samsung

Brightness, contrast, clear resolution, vibrancy of colors, ease of solar remote is great. I recommend a sound bar. The volume/sound is not as great as ever other feature on this tv.

Quality Smart Television

Our last television lasted 10 years and is still going strong, but we decided to upgrade to new tech. We are delighted that we did! While our new tv is alot to navigate and learn, we are loving every minute. And we cannot say enough about the quality of the picture. Real night and day in comparison to our older Samsung tv. That's why our tv's and cell phone will always be Samsung's. Quality is always the best. Thanks again Samsung!

great picture - marginal sound

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Sam's Club. This is the second time I've ordered the exact same 85-inch TV from you, and both units arrived damaged and completely non-functional. The first TV was shipped with visible external damage. Despite that, I went through the major hassle of unboxing it, mounting it securely to the wall, and setting everything up — only to find it was dead on arrival and never worked. I ordered a replacement through Sam's Club again, hoping for better results. The second one arrived in similar condition: clearly damaged during shipping. Once again, I mounted it on the wall only to discover it also didn't work. Screen issues, no power, and obvious internal damage. An 85-inch TV is huge and heavy. Mounting one to the wall is a big project that requires significant time, tools, and effort. Having to do this twice with zero success is completely unacceptable. Sam's Club needs to seriously improve how these large TVs are packaged and shipped. This level of carelessness is not okay. I will not be trying a third time. Save yourself the headache, wasted time, and potential damage to your walls. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your next TV.
