The wifi connection doesn't work. I paid for Samsung care + on it and now have to go through the entire process of returning it, getting a refund, and reordering it because the tv doesn't qualify for "replacement". You've got one department saying I can get it replaced and another saying I can't, and just apologizing for the inconvenience. Frankly we've surpassed inconvenience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only purchased this 75-inch QN70F because it was on sale as a "leftover" 2025 model, and I am highly disappointed. While it’s marketed under the premium "Neo QLED" name, it lacks the performance of higher-end models (QN80/90) and requires far too much babysitting to produce a decent picture. There are likely better options out there that don't require this much work.

Colors look rich and natural without being over-saturated. Everything from photos to streaming content looks impressive. Overall, the screen quality alone makes this device worth it. I have to say that the contrast in the resolution very crisp and the brightness adapts to whatever the room's brightness is . I have to say the AI enhancements in the vibrancy it's amazing it sure is a refresh of its previous model . I'm in love with my new TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brightness is very good and the refresh rate is excellent for gaming since Xbox S/X and PlayStation 5 cap out at 1:20. Good resolution and it's very vibrant picture. Pairs very well with the Samsung soundbar which is excellent for Dolby Atmos through the arc HDMI port. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm 100% Samsung for my TV's. I have them in both homes. My most recent TV is for my studio where I play my guitar. I use it to play uTube videos and play along. I'm impressed with the resolution of images. Also the contrast is excellent. I recently bought a soundbar from Samsung that includes the woofer in the soundbar and I'm loving that as well.
