I am very happy with the operation aspect of this product. In addition it enhances my laundry room. Washer/dryer operations are quick and efficient. In addition since it is a wash tower the placement of operation buttons is perfect. I am not vertically challenged with their placement.

Anyone that has limited space really needs to consider this unit. A conventional washer and dryer can stack however the controls are quite high and shorter people, like my wife, have a hard time using the controls. This unit has all the controls in the middle of the single unit. Controls are so intuitive it takes only a few seconds for set the wash or drying cycle you want. Large, full size, capacity for even the largest loads. I would recommend this unit to everyone. In fact, I did. After my son saw mine, he then purchased the same unit for himself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My short wife had problems reaching the controls of our old stacked unit. This one isn't a problem and she can reach the things at the bottom of the dryer. It's a large capacity unit in a small space and because it came already stacked it was easy to install. It comes stacked so it was easy to install. I like that the dryer knows what was just washed and sets the dryer accordingly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have an LG Washer and Dryer in our former home for years. They were fantastic and worked flawlessly. We moved to our new home and just replaced our old upright Kenmore units and got the LG Washtower. It is just great. The clothes are so clean and soft. We didn't realize how well the LG's work until we didn't use them the last year. We're glad to be back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] GAS error code after 2 years of use. Dryer does not function anymore and needs repaired. Warranty doesn't cover and extended warranty at the time of purchase was ludicrously expensive. Beware if you buy this product, get the extended warranty because it will break. Cheap quality, go with a different brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our set is a gift from family. We live in a 2 story home with laundry in basement. Our family said “no more steps”.. well we didn’t like that very much! We are in our 80’s and healthy but we did it and couldn’t be happier. Both washer and dryer run smoothly and hum quietly. Minimum water and drying time. So very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the set because it was the only one available that might fit in the area of the room and the fact that I have a crawl space that holds my furnace so needs access This access is on the floor right in front of my washer dryer stackable set.
