I have this machine few weeks..I love it..it's very quiet..

The wash tower is noisier than I expected it to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laundry tower is just great. It fits in a closet in my bedroom. The inside is very large and with a compact outside it is perfect in the space. It plays a song when the cycles are done and its so easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this tower for maybe 7-8 months and it is covered in scratches. From what??? The only thing we can think of is maybe zippers and buttons from our kids clothes??? Why would this scratch so easy??? We are very very disappointed because we designed our laundry room around this machine. We would like it replaced. We live in a brand new home and this looks like a used machine. Sooooo horrible!! As far as functionality we are pleased outside of a few small features we can’t seem to figure out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit 3 months ago. It has a sleek design and saved me space in my super tiny laundry room. I was able to connect to the gas line, which saves me $$. It has great capacity, and so far I have had zero issues; basically it washes and dries as expected, with appropriate settings, etc. The only thing I had to do differently was looking for HE detergents, but that is not a major issue at all.

I can operate it with my iPhone. Maintaining it is so easy too. Every house needs my combo tower system!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a 70 year old woman who has had a multitude of washers and dryers through my life - this is hands down my favorite washer and dryer ever! First, it looks like a million dollars (I ordered the black steel color). It is so sleek and elegant. Love the all digital controls in the middle. The capacity is larger than my previous full sized name brand stackables. I really appreciate the quiet operation since the unit is located in an open area right off my bedroom. The controls are very intuitive - I never had to read the instruction manual. Also, the washer can handle the tiniest load and still spin out all the excess water. I can't say how often I had to remove still dripping wet clothes from my previous washer because it was incapable of balancing small loads! It does a great job of washing and drying. Couldn't be any more pleased with it - GREAT DESIGN!!!

I thought i was replacing the stackable washer & dryer i had but this all in one unit is even better. All controls for easher & dryer are in the center. Easily reachable. Ive been an LG fan for many, many years with dishwashers & washer/dryers. The quality is always there

We moved to our new home and just replaced our old upright Kenmore units and got the LG Washtower. It is just great. The clothes are so clean and soft. We didn't realize how well the LG's work until we didn't use them the last year. We're glad to be back.

Our family said “no more steps”.. well we didn’t like that very much! We are in our 80’s and healthy but we did it and couldn’t be happier. Both washer and dryer run smoothly and hum quietly. Minimum water and drying time. So very pleased!
