It's been a long time coming, but we finally got this new washer/dryer unit and it is a huge improvement over our old unit - quieter, bigger drum, cheerful music at the end of the cycle. The only drawback is the dryer sometimes leaves things a bit damp, but we're still figuring out the setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a single unit, but everybody had the dryer with the controls on the upper front, except LG. Quiet, powerful, and good looking as well. I’m using less soap and my clothes are getting cleaner. Time will tell, but as of right now, I’m a fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my new washer & dryer tower due to wanting more room in the closet they were in. I gotta say this washer & dryer one unit appliance is absolutely amazing. It’s from the ThinQ brand of LG appliances and it’s very slim. I now have so much room in this closet that I was able to build a counter & cabinets up top. I highly recommend this appliance as it has a lot of great features. LG is a brand I highly trust.

I purchased an LG washer/dryer on the 4 January 2023. The appliance was delivered and installed in my place on the same day by the seller. I reviewed the user manual of the washer/dryer before starting to use it to familiarize my self with its features. And have been using it since then. The LG washer/dryer performed very well in comparison to my old washer/dryer. The new appliance has very nice features including the ability to connect to the WI-FI and remotely communicate with it to perform certain actions. So far, I am pleased with it and satisfied with the purchase. Once I have further development I will update this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought unit 2months ago and have had it serviced (unsuccessfully). The dryer trips the arc fault circuit breaker so I had to replace with old style breaker (not legal). It will not connect to the app so most useful functions are not available (air fluff and timed dry (without sensor)). Would be much easier to see display and control by wifi device as one could hold display at proper height and angle for viewing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG makes the best washer and best dryer on the market and this laundry tower is an amazing innovation, well designed and integrated. It created space in the laundry room by having the same floor foot print as a washer and the dryer is a convenient height. When the washer completes the cycle the dryer takes the washer settings and suggests a dry cycle. I purchase this for our other home about year ago and it has been reliable and quiet. The wifi connection makes managing cycles easy and the iPhone alert you get when it completes is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been about a month since I bought this product. The best feature that I like most is to have all control buttons in the middle of two unit, which is very convenient. Also, the design is very modern and simple. So far, the operation has been very reliable too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very high end product. Clothes wash quickly, are cleaner when washed in my previous unit, and many settings available. I've washed bath rugs and heavy duty towels. Completed quickly and both completely dry. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a dependable unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with unit. This is the best of what we had so far. This is our 4th LG appliance. Quality, features, reliability and cost factor, these are only a few points why we use such great LG appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love my new LG washer/dryer wash tower!!! ….The tubs are very large, they can handle heavy duty loads as well as delicate. Many setting options! …Extremely quiet …Efficient drying modes …WiFi capabilities The other very cool feature is the machine decides how long the wash cycle will be based on weight of clothes to be washed ! LG all the way!
