We have had the wash tower for about a month. it seemed to boast a lot of features but doesn't come through. our prior .May tag had more options including seemingly more sensors. I find the "Normal" cycle for the dryer blows cold air and have resorted to using timed dry. Can't gauge how the washer is doing though reeked of a metallic smell for quite a while. I'd say love the dimensions just not the most user friendly or efficient appliance.

I purchased this washer/dryer combo for the small space I had for a laundry. I was able to create a small broom closet with the space I saved. The washer and dryer is preforming wonderfully. The washer uses very little soap and water it spins the laundry very dry. Really a great looking product.

I originally saw this in the store and then purchased on line. I do not recommend buying on line. I had an issue with the door to dryer opening wrong way which is available, but now they say they (Home Depot) can't do it. Now I have to call LG. Big hassle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thrilled with the Washtower. It frees up so much floor and wall space in our small laundry room. Love the easy filter drain. The energy savings are amazing. Such an improvement over our 16 year old washer and dryer. My wife thrilled to say the least.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer/dryer 2 months ago and it's been a game changer. It automatically selects your drying preference based off what wash cycle you used. It is energy efficient and quiet. I love this washer/dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't planning to buy a new washer and dryer, BUT I really needed more space in my laundry room. My new 'tower' gives me more laundry folding space plus a new crafting area when not folding. It is quiet, easy to use and it looks great too! Everyone I've spoken to that know's someone who bought one, says they love it!!! LG makes good products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I chose the washtower! My clothes smell so good after washing and there are so many cycles to choose from to keep my clothes in great condition. I have a small laundry room and it saves so much space! I am still learning to use the app. I wish it was a little more user friendly but I am figuring it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with unit. This is the best of what we had so far. This is our 4th LG appliance. Quality, features, reliability and cost factor, these are only a few points why we use such great LG appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased our gas dryer Wash Tower as part of a basement renovation. It takes up considerably less room than conventional stacking units. The center front controls are amazing, with all settings so easy to see and use. The capacity of the washer and dryer is excellent.
