[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this set now for two months and there have been no problems. It performs beautifully. The flat flush profile is great not only for design but, if you have a restricted space which I do. The function panels are easy to see, they light up when touched and are easy to operate. The touch panel for both the washer/dryer are great. I have only used the basic functions and have not used the smart feature but, the machines are quiet, efficient ( great on whites ) love when you open the machines, light turns on so you can see inside the machines. I would highly recommend this top of the line set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit because my laundry closet is small and I'm handicapped. By having the controls in the middle made all the difference for me. I can now do my washing and drying very easily for touching a few buttons. I still haven't figured out how to setup the Wifi but im sure that will happen soon.

The unit fits perfectly in a standard closet application. The unit is easily maintained and a quick wipe down of the washer door after a wash keeps the unit fresh.

I must say, I have never bought a new washer/dryer. I did my homework. We needed to create some space in our garage, and this stackable fit the bill. So quiet and pretty. Does a great wash and dry. The washer has this option for a speedy wash. 15 minutes for a load, and comes out like a regular 45 minute load would with less water.5*****'s

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had for 1 month - not enough time to get my utility billings to see if there is a savings. I have not activated the app because I read lots of negatives about it. One problem I have is with a heavy load - the spin cycle goes into off-balance and I can't reset the function. I've had to remove a sopping wet rug and air dry for days. Otherwise, I like the appliance. It is quiet, easy to use, and has a nice appearance.

This really is the Goldilocks of laundry centers. Small package but capacity of larger units. I would not hesitate to buy again or recommend.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is I can’t change the temperature on the dry settings. The user manual implies that I should be able to but I was told by customer service that the only way to adjust heat is to use the timed setting. I have a hard time believing that is true but I’m stuck with what they have told me. None the less, my clothes are dried and it never seems to be too hot o. The settings that I can’t adjust. I also love that it has a steam dry setting. I had this on my old dryer and loved it. I was thrilled that this dryer offered it too!

This is an amazing piece of machinery designed with high technology and performance. Each time we use the washer and dryer the clothes come out perfect and completely dry.
