I am very happy with our Samsung TV the picture is crystal clear, the brightness and contrast are great. If I had one thing to add to this great TV is the sound as the sound is kind of tinny and could use improvement. I had an older model Samsung TV from around 2014 where the sound was much better. I do realize that some of the reason might be the newer TV’s are much thinner and weigh much less and are limited to how much space there is for speakers. All in all I really like my Samsung TV and will probably add a sound bar.

I've owned many Samsung LED tv's since they came out and purchased them for family members as well. This is one of the best I've ever owned....no kidding! My guests remark on how great the picture quality is and how life-like things are. I feel like I'm right at the stadium every time I watch a football game or other sports event. It's better than being to a theater to watch a movie. I told my 52 year old daughter I may need to put in stadium seating.!!!! Seriously though, this is exceptional in all ways.

The TV's screen is bright, sharp and a joy to watch. The main screen menu is very complete and helps me find my last program to continue watching. Sound is very clear and easy to understand. Highly recommend this TV. My only complaint is that this TV still gives me proms on how to use the remove control, even though I've had this TV for over a year; I wish that could be turned off.

I've owned quite a few TVs over the years, and this Samsung Neo QLED has easily become my favorite. The picture quality is outstanding, with vibrant colors, deep contrast, and impressive brightness that makes movies, sports, and gaming look fantastic, even during the day. The AI upscaling does a surprisingly good job of making older content look much sharper. The TV is also very responsive. Apps launch quickly, menus are smooth, and switching between streaming services is effortless. I appreciate how intuitive the smart features are, and the interface is easy to navigate. Another thing I really like is the slim, premium design. It looks elegant mounted on the wall and blends perfectly into my living room. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to include a few more customization options for picture presets out of the box. Aside from that, I honestly have no complaints. Overall, this is an excellent TV that delivers beautiful visuals, smooth performance, and a premium experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality 4K smart TV.

I thought I would have a better picture quality like it showed the showroom when I installed it I don't see that quality like I saw in the showroom so I'm not I mean it's OK it's a good TV but I'm not too thrilled like I was when I was in the showroom I was showing a different quality picture

The Ai mode is interesting but the picture seems artificial and the faces of newscasters, for example, are washed out. Online opinions say to ditch the AI mode and use filmmaker mode, which I found dark and less sharp. I have settled on the "eye comfort mode" for now. In reality, this QLED tv is only a small step up from my 10 year old Vizio.
