I am very happy with my 85" Samsung TV. I purchased a 75" Samsung over 9 years ago and was very happy with it. When I was ready for a new TV, I immediately intended to buy another Samsung. The picture is beautiful...brightness, clarity, etc. My cell phone and all my previous ones are also Samsung. Good quality as always!!!

Replaced my 75 inch that I bought in 2017. It was tired and a friend bought the 85inch and I was really impressed with how well the colors were so bright and fine line features of everything. This QLED TV is such an upgrade from my old 85 inch. Ease of operation from the talking remote was an upgrade.

The TV's screen is bright, sharp and a joy to watch. The main screen menu is very complete and helps me find my last program to continue watching. Sound is very clear and easy to understand. Highly recommend this TV. My only complaint is that this TV still gives me proms on how to use the remove control, even though I've had this TV for over a year; I wish that could be turned off.

We love this TV! It is our first smart TV and it took me a little while to figure out how to set it up and get familiar with it but once I did, all was good. I'm 74 years old and sometimes a little slow. We added the recommended sound bar also, which makes the sound amazing.

My Samsung television is everything I was hoping for - the color, clarity and resolution are amazing! I purchased a 72” OLED model and have it above the fireplace mantel. When friends are here and we’re watching a sporting event, it’s like you’re at the event!

SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THE WIFI RECEIVER IN THESE T.V.S AND AFTER AWHILE NO STREAMING FROM ANYWHERE OCCURS. NO HULU, NO NETFLIX, NO YOUTUBE NOTHING. YOU WILL READ COMMON FIXES FROM RESETTING TO FACTORY, CHECK WIFI, CHECK ROUTER, REINSTALL APP, RESET SMART HUB, UNTIL FINALLY YOU REALIZE THIS IS EXPENSIVE GARBAGE.

The TV is nice but certain channels look to be slightly out of focus. So, it was bothering me to the point of having an eye exam to make sure it wasn't me. I'm not sure what it could be the frame around the screen is very sharp.I may call my installer and have them take a look at it.

This tv is great. I wanted to get the oled tv of this size but it wasnt in stock. The salesman convinced me that the picture quality and refresh rate for gaming (ps5) would be more than satisfying. He was right, this picture is great for gaming, tv shows, and sports! Im very satisfied with this purchase.

The picture and sound quality of this television is the best we've ever experienced. The refresh rate makes motion seemless, with no pixelation or blurriness. Even when we watch repeats of old shows from the 80s and 90s, the picture is sharp, vivid, and upscaling is instant. Getting used to the minimalist design of the remote takes some getting used to, and maybe a couple more direct function buttons would have been helpful, but I love the fact that you can charge the remote with a USB cord or solar / light energy...no more batteries! Overall, this is a great TV with an amazing picture!

The responsiveness and the picture are both excellent - especially for the larger size. It has taken a day or two to get the picture mode exactly as we like it but it's totally worth it. The brightness, contrast and uniformity of colors is a definite upgrade from our previous Samsung. The only negatives I would say are the power cord is a bit short and it was a bit awkward plugging in the additional HDMI cords etc but overall, it's a great product and I highly recommend.
