I've owned many Samsung LED tv's since they came out and purchased them for family members as well. This is one of the best I've ever owned....no kidding! My guests remark on how great the picture quality is and how life-like things are. I feel like I'm right at the stadium every time I watch a football game or other sports event. It's better than being to a theater to watch a movie. I told my 52 year old daughter I may need to put in stadium seating.!!!! Seriously though, this is exceptional in all ways.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While there are no issues with the picture both my new Samsung tv’s volume is a huge issue. I have to put the volume to the max to be able to hear clearly if my AC is on. Even otherwise the volume needs to be quite high. Don’t like this at all.

The TV's screen is bright, sharp and a joy to watch. The main screen menu is very complete and helps me find my last program to continue watching. Sound is very clear and easy to understand. Highly recommend this TV. My only complaint is that this TV still gives me proms on how to use the remove control, even though I've had this TV for over a year; I wish that could be turned off.

I absolutely love this TV! The features are amazing, and the iPhone screen mirroring option is one of my favorites. The picture quality is incredibly crisp, clear, and vibrant. Overall, it’s an excellent TV, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great viewing experience.

SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THE WIFI RECEIVER IN THESE T.V.S AND AFTER AWHILE NO STREAMING FROM ANYWHERE OCCURS. NO HULU, NO NETFLIX, NO YOUTUBE NOTHING. YOU WILL READ COMMON FIXES FROM RESETTING TO FACTORY, CHECK WIFI, CHECK ROUTER, REINSTALL APP, RESET SMART HUB, UNTIL FINALLY YOU REALIZE THIS IS EXPENSIVE GARBAGE.

I am very happy with our Samsung TV the picture is crystal clear, the brightness and contrast are great. If I had one thing to add to this great TV is the sound as the sound is kind of tinny and could use improvement. I had an older model Samsung TV from around 2014 where the sound was much better. I do realize that some of the reason might be the newer TV’s are much thinner and weigh much less and are limited to how much space there is for speakers. All in all I really like my Samsung TV and will probably add a sound bar.

The Ai mode is interesting but the picture seems artificial and the faces of newscasters, for example, are washed out. Online opinions say to ditch the AI mode and use filmmaker mode, which I found dark and less sharp. I have settled on the "eye comfort mode" for now. In reality, this QLED tv is only a small step up from my 10 year old Vizio.

We love this TV! It is our first smart TV and it took me a little while to figure out how to set it up and get familiar with it but once I did, all was good. I'm 74 years old and sometimes a little slow. We added the recommended sound bar also, which makes the sound amazing.
