We live in an area with a Coop power company losing power often, we do not have cell service, well pump, cordless phone or internet access unless we have power. This generator is exactly what we needed. Our grandson is an electrician, and he highly recommended a Westinghouse generator. It's large enough to power our well pump, fridge, freezer, router and most importantly the Dish TV for drag racing, football and Paramount +. We still keep the old rotary phone for emergencies.

I purchased this generator back in September and have been very happy with it so far. Only issue I had was the output frequency climbing to 63 Hz for some reason. The first several times I used the generator the frequency was fine. Then it rose to 63 Hz which caused issues with some of my loads. The manual doesn't address how to adjust the output frequency nor could I find the info on the website. I eventually figured out how to adjust the throttle and got it back down to 60 Hz.

Just got it and it looks like a dream. We had the perfect spot picked out for it. This is the best generator at this price point available. It gives off the most power. It really generates. It illuminates our house so well. 10/10 would buy again.

Tri fuel is awesome! Would have given five stars except I haven't used with natural gas yet, but gasoline and propane operation is very convenient. Operation on both fuels easy and reliable. Defiantly a great purchase for job site and emergency power.

Bought this as a power backup for my house. We have occasional power outages during the winter and also during fire season. This generator should meet my needs in an outage. It is quite loud when its running but that's the only thing I would ding it on.

Just installed wheels and supports, added oil and gasoline. Tip: it was 15 degrees F outside and I should have warmed the oil before adding. The cold oil ran slow in the provided funnel and was a bit messy filling at this temperature. The gasoline shutoff value, oil drain, and other components appear to be very accessible. That said, included with the generator was an angled funnel to access a slightly recessed fill port, that would have otherwise been more difficult to add motor oil to. Generator started on the second attempt and ran well for 1.5 hours. Have not yet tried propane or actually tested the generator yet. So far I like the layout and operation.

Got this for our new home in case of power outages. Haven't used it yet, but this thing is a beast! I'm thinking it will run the whole house, not just a few lights. Built really well, nice set up. Kind of looking forward to using it.....sort of. Cost is great compared to a 'built-in' unit.

Quick delivery. Remote start is nice, not sure if necessary. Auto choke. I haven't gotten a chance to use it to power my home, but easy assembly and seems to run strong. Not very loud at all, comparable to a lawnmower. I hope I never have to use this, but i'm confident it's powerful enough to handle business. I used 5W-30 oil to make sure it's ready for any type of weather.

I’ve been running solely on propane to charge batteries when solar is insufficient. The generator starts and will run for about two minutes, then shuts down. I will restart it about a dozen more times before it finally decides to keep running. This happens every time I run the generator. Once it decides to stay running it will run well for hours.
