Bought this to use as a temp power unit for our well while under construction and to help with charging our rv back up on low sun days. First hour everything works as should. Love the fact that we can run on multiple different types of fuel, the remote start feature and the multiple different plug ports.

I bought this after Hurricane Helene decimated the SC/NC. I wanted the 11500 kw but they sold out. This genny is nice, well built, comes with hoses for propane and natural gas. It is heavy, very heavy. The electric start/remote start is so nice, beats pulling a rope. It even comes with a trickle charger for the onboard battery. I would highly recommend this generator. It purrs like a cat, follow the instructions and use Stabil in the gas (non ethanol gas). It took five minutes to assemble, four bolts, two pins, put in oil and gas, that's it. Turned over twice and fired right up. Waiting on son in law to install transfer switch and we are good to go.

We bought this for our hurricane preparedness since we lost power and received damage to our home from Hurricane Milton. It is big enough to run all the essentials in our home for days on end until power is restored. Easy set up and easy to use. Great product, heavy duty, great product. Exactly as pictured.

I bought this generator a few days ago. The starting options are great, pull start, push button start and remote key fob start. This unit has a 9.5 gallon gas tank and can run for 19 hrs awesome! It was easy to set up just install foot pads and wheels and connect battery wires and you are ready to go. The 3 fuel options are awesome, gas, propane and natural gas. I would recommend this generator to anyone. 10 out of 10!!!!!

I purchased this generator for contingency in the event of catastrophic emergency. It was received with no damage. The wheels were easy to install as well as the floor rest supports. The controls were well identified and seemed pretty straight forward. The 3 different fuel options were what made me decide on this model.

We purchased a Westinghouse Tri-fuel Generator and it's capable of powering the whole house. As a Tampa Bay resident, it gives us tremendous peace of mind to know that we have a powerful and reliable backup if and when the power goes out. We upgraded to this model and we love the tri-fuel flexibility!

While I am registering this product immediately after purchase it’s also before use which doesn’t provide a vital aspect of its value, I can say that it has a multitude of valuable features that will make its use, much more versatile, including numerous AC receptacles, DC receptacles, key fob remote start, electric manual touch start, traditional rope start and the three energy options natural gas, propane and gasoline. No details have been spared in producing this unit. Assembly is minimal and start up Instructions are clear, easy to follow and straightforward. Pictorial instructions on the unit are clear. I’m further delighted that the battery has an easy disconnect for periods of storage preserving the battery by preventing leakage of stored current. The unit also has heavy duty wheels, and a robust handle on the other end to make movement easy. Along with suitable wheels. The unit comes with two suction feet which will reduce walking from vibration on smooth surfaces.. This unit is very well designed, and I am very pleased with this purchase. I find nothing lacking in it.

We chose the Westinghouse WGen11500TFc due to its large power output, tri-fuel capabilities, and low THD. Our generator arrived on time and in great condition. We plan on using it as a whole house back up power generator. Instructions were straight forward on how to assemble and break in the unit. We’ve tested the generator for extended hours and it easily powers our entire two story 2,900sqft home with 5 ton A/C (with EasyStart, purchased separately) using only 50-60% of the stated power output on natural gas. It comes with all the tools required for assembly and other extras like remote start, propane hose, natural gas hose, oil, and funnel. This is a great generator and we’re glad we went with Westinghouse!

Once I read the reviews on this beast, I knew I wouldn't regret it and bought it that day! My new friend comes with all the features I've been looking for. Living in a town where the power company is not having a good decade will be much less worrisome now that we own this generator.

Bought this after Milton because my 14 year old generator failed. the Westinghouse fired right up and after a short break in with plugging in different power draws i hooked it up to the house, ran everything but the dryer. ( it would but just didn't check it) all i have to do is install a soft start on my a/c unit and I'm ready for another power downing storm. It is pretty quiet giving the size. Could be happier with the purchase and Highly recommend.
